The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We were placed right next to the laundry room and you could hear all of the the noise they made which doesnt make for a good night's sleep when they start at 430 am making loud noises..

Easy to find. Check in smooth and associate at desk very nice. (One night stop over while traveling.) Bed was comfy. A/C worked well and hot water for shower was good. Television worked well. Really very quiet around the place. Our non-smoking room did not have unpleasant smell. Carpet did not feel icky. Did not use other areas of the hotel. Chose to go out for breakfast after we checked out.

Wifi was spotty, going out or pausing frequently. Very frustrating.

It was a great price in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave my friend an opened jar of their peanut butter for her waffle. The room was clean and the bed co.fortable. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

The bathroom was small but very clean. For people who like a big breakfast it is only coffee, juice, milk, waffles, and cereal. I don't eat a big breakfast so I was satisfied.

I loved everything about the staff and the room. The beds were super comfy! I'm a stickler when it comes to clean hotel rooms and do a "white glove" inspection. The bathroom was spotless, there was no dust anywhere I could reach and the fridge, with separate freezer on top, was spotless. The carpet in the room was clean (I got out of the shower and walked in my wet feet and my feet were still clean when I sat down). There was a pleasant smell in the room (we had a non smoking, 2 queen beds). I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. They are remodeling and the lady at the front desk actually made a special trip to our room right after we walked in to make sure we had a cover to go over the chair in our room since it wasn't changed out yet. Other than the pouring rain for 2 days we had a great stay and will stay again when we go up to visit with our other sister.

Our last morning there (we spent 2 nights), my sister went to get coffee and the coffee was barely warm. She thought she put too much milk in it so she tried it again and it was still coming out barely warm. She notified the gentleman at the front desk and thought he would change it. After 15 minutes or so, we went back for her coffee and it was still the same. Another hour went by and on our way to check out she checked again and still hadn't been changed. Machine might have been broken and they didn't know.

The staff doesn't bother you. The rooms are clean. The ac works really well.

The parking is terrible. It is a small area. When there are a lot of guests it is hard to find a parking space close to the building. There is a place to park just not always as close as I would like.

I love the cleanness, the comfort of the king bed, it was everything. Absolute amazing.

The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast, it was really nothing. There was cold cereals, waffle mix, coffee, orange juice, white bread to make toast and none of that do I eat.

Location and staff

I was expecting there to be more covers on the bed. All they had on the beds was a thin flat sheet, and what looked like it could be used as a thin curtain. But overall, the stay and hotel were great. I will be booking with them again🥰

Love the waffle maker. Made my own waffles. Location was great.Rooms nice size,clean and comfortable. Reservations was easy. Soon as I got there I checked in .No hassle.Staff was friendly and professional. I would stay there again. Prices reasonably.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable, beds are comfortable. I’ve stayed here a lot, the service is remarkable friendly, professional, they have an amazing cleaning staff, full housekeeping everyday same time free of charge. I can’t say how much I’ve enjoyed my stays here, so much so it’s the only place I stay and I travel alot for my work.

Location was great, around restaurants and stores.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast, and the Vending machines were empty. Other than that it was clean and quite. Adding breakfast would be a pluse.
