Great location Friendly staff

Hotel did not honor genius rate Would have been more cost effective to prepay Hilton Honors rate Staff could not override overcharge Even when presented with receipts from booking.com

Good breakfast.

The hotel added another charge ($17.40) to my credit card a day later that I am disputing.

For being off the freeway it was nice and quiet. The people who checked us in and out were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help us.

The breakfast was mediocre. Fruit was rotten (bananas brown and apples soft) and if you wanted any type of protein the only choice you got was in a sandwich. So no meat or eggs to go with you cereal or waffle. Plus sandwiches were dried out and not great tasting.

The room smelled pleasant and was clean as always. Checking in and out was a smooth process. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. I love the way that the staff cleans up the area during breakfast so that you don't eat around other people's mess. Keep up the exceptional work!!

I haven't identified anything that I don't like, each stay is always a pleasure.

Initially had a reservation in a different home2 suites… upon arrival to the initial one we were told that they canceled our reservation because we arrived at 7pm and check in is only done between 3-6pm. So we were told thag we were too late to check in and the reservation was already canceled. The staff in the front desk even gave us an attitude and was rude because apparently we didn’t have the right to be upset with him that he cannot accommodate our family because he cannot do anything about it. So frustrated we left and I called and book right away to this specific home2 suites. EVERYONE was very helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast needs more selection.

Very new and clean property and the staff were fantastic! Breakfast was really nice and varied. Very centrally located to Jackson and Rankin Co. Our room was a great size and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

We had some noisy neighbours but that wasn’t the property’s fault. We chose not to complain and I’m sure they would have sorted it if we had.

I was only here for one night, but the hotel is conveniently located. It is surrounded by several eateries and the shopping outlet is 5 minutes away. The front desk staff was super friendly and there were complimentary snacks available when I checked in. I wish I could have stayed longer. Everything was great.

I wish there was a to go option or plastic ware available at the hotel. I didn’t have time to sit and eat breakfast before my workshop, but it would have been nice to grab and go.

Location was amazing. The pool was very clean and had plenty of seating around it.

Some of the staff acted like they did not want to be there and we were a burden on them when I went to buy a candy bar. I also asked for sheets to place on the pull out couch and the front desk told me to come get them from downstairs

Great hotel in a great and safe location. Comfy, clean and kind. Highly recommend in the Jackson pearl area. Great location in a safe area with good restaurants nearby. Great breakfast. Only place I stay on my regular trip heading to Texas from the Carolinas.

No problems and no complaints

They offered breakfast, staff was nice, room was spacious with awesome amenities and the location was great.

The property didn't answer the phone the day of travel and I had concerns I was hoping to address prior to arrival.
