Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Airport/Pearl

The food was absolutely amazing, may be a little over priced. The staff was very friendly. I think the managers name was Carl and he was very friendly when we walked in the room was a great size and very clean. The shower was absolutely amazing. Overall great vibe.

The pillows were horrible. I know that some thing that y’all probably can’t fix but maybe add more since they just go flat and it really gives no support. I was using multiple and woke up with neck pain. I’m only 30 and don’t normally have neck pain.

Great location, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean.

I stayed 5 nights so you would think they would have cleaned the room or freshened up the towels but they didn’t. I had to request towels and ask house cleaning to service my room when I passed them in the hallway.

the property was clean, our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water and most importantly the bed was comfortable. This property is very close to the interstate and I heard no road noise in my room. The property is conveniently located near the interstate ramp with several restaurants in walking distance. For the guys Bass Pro is right down the road and for the shoppers the outlet stores are next to Bass Pro.

Everyone parked at the front of the building even those with rooms on the back of the building. This made it hard to find a spot I could see from my room.

Beautiful, clean property. Good location that was easy to find. Pictures on website were accurate, our room was very large with 2 comfortable beds and a sofa-bed. My teenagers fought over who got the SOFA because it was so comfortable and “cool”, not like a normal sofa it was a half moon shape. Bed was very comfortable and supportive, I usually wake up with back pain but I didn’t here and slept VERY WELL. Market had lots of options to choose from. Staff were all friendly and lovely to interact with. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again. It’s worth the extra money if you’re able to.

The staff is always amazing. The Grille and Bar is great (a little pricey for mixed drinks, but the atmosphere is enjoyable). Love the outdoor fireplace.

Only wish that there was a complementary coffee station in the lobby; however, I never had problems getting refill pods for the room.

The price and the holds that were put onto my card for a week. I'm use to paying after a checkout but not a 1 night stay hold on my card and then also the total amount charged once I checked out.

The location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff

I was just there a few months ago and I expressed to the manager that the mattresses needed replacing. He told me that it was in fact time for them to be replaced and that he would address the issue. The mattresses were not replaced and are still extremely uncomfortable. As much as I love your hotels, I won’t book again until more thought is put into your guest’s comfort.

Second time staying here and front desk very efficient and responsive when question re heat/ac thermostat. Rooms nicely decorated and roomy. Nice and clean.

Have coffee and tea out for guests to have upon arrival, etc. at no additional cost.

The Location to Jackson State and to the Outlet

It was clean and it nobody pressed me to leave out my room at 11am like at some other places I have stayed when bringing my daughter to school.

! Absolutely gorgeous area and super clean!! it smelled wonderful! the only thing I’d recommend is the air control. it would get so hot during the night and we couldn’t control our unit. 71 is too hot.
