Holiday Inn Pearl - Jackson Area, an IHG Hotel

I didn’t like the stuffy hallways and the stuffy elevator, there was also way too much chlorine in the pool!

Location was the key to the stay. It was walking distance to the Tesla Superchargers. The comfortable beds, quiet rooms and courteous staff was the added bonus. When we stepped into our room, A/C was already on at 65 degrees F so it didn’t take long for us to adjust it to our desired temp. It’s always frustrating when you come into a room that is still warm and A/C takes a while to cool the room.

The room was perfect other than the seating issue. The restaurant is very nice and the staff for the most part we all pleasant with the exception of the seating issue.

I had a suite booked and after check in I went back to the desk to ask for more chairs for the room since I had a lot of family coming to visit the next day. I was told they would check on it, never heard back. Checked again the next morning and was again told they would check with manager when she arrived. By noon manager had still not arrived so I quit asking.

Across the street from the baseball stadium which was the reason for my visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant in the hotel. Outlet stores and restaurants nearby.

Upon arriving the staff was great, the room was very clean and they thought of every little detail. What can I say except this is the best place to stay...the bed was so comfortable, indoor pool, bar, restaurant, keurig coffee pot and multiple pods and flavors, bath and body works shampoo etc, the outlets are right next door you can walk to the mall it is so close not to mention all the restaurants and the movie theater. I will most definitely be staying here on all my visits from now on.

Would have been nice if they would offer a coupon for breakfast since breakfast is not included.

Let me just say my stay was amazing! Lovely facilities and a very lovely location. I’m one to get out and learn the area and everything and more was right at our fingertips. Very convenient! Hot water on point! Good coffee also! Staff was awesome as well! I got some much needed rest! You did not disappoint! And I will be back! God bless!

The bed was so comfy and felt Amazing. The staff was very friendly and when they cleaned my room they did a wonderful job. I had an amazing time and I'll definitely stay there again if i come down to that area.

This hotel is located in the Pearl area and in the heart of the outlet mall. It was a 10 minute drive to Jackson. Unlike other Holiday inns breakfast was not provided and the restaurant was not operational. The room was fine; the pool was outside and closed (April). We have a pop up camper so parking was good. It’s across from the braves baseball stadium. Many restaurants are in the area but you have to drive to them.

The cafe is unexpectedly very good. My wife, daughter and niece wanted to eat somewhere convenient and decided to eat here, not expecting anything too above par. Very surprised at the quality of the food and service. Recommend this cafe for everyone.

Room was at end of hallway, furthest room from the elevator. That’s not the problem. The problem was it took the shower quite a few minutes for the water to start running warm. To the point that I almost resigned myself to the fact that I was about to take a very cold shower. Fortunately, this didn’t happen.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was clean completely comfortable beds. We loved the fact didn't have to go far to get something to eat, restaurant on site had wonderful food. Definitely will stay again!!!
