The owner lives on premises and was very helpful and accommodating for my special needs. The next morning I asked a lot of questions about the area and even toured this small town with its beautiful homes. It's close to Memphis without all the congestion. The "cottage" is actually a 2 bdr/1 bath home with all the comforts of home and filled with lovely antiques. The kitchen was stocked and there was the option of cooking a full meal or a 'grab n go' option if you preferred. If you're lucky, you might be invited to tour the main home which is being renovated and restored for future guests. Some of the rooms upstairs are already prepared if you select this option.
Sorry, I couldn't get my pictures to post.

The Heritage Inn is a fantastic getaway nestled in the heart of northern Mississippi. We were pleasantly suprised with this hidden gem. Our host was exceptionally personable and communicated with us via phone to ensure we were informed of directions and protocol. When we arrived the room was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, there was plenty of parking, and we were given detailed instructions by the host as to our ammenities. The host was present enough to make us comfortable and welcome, yet still worked his regular occupation. Our bed was incredibly comfortable and our shower was hot and great pressure. The facility was a historic home that had been updated in a few areas - yet still felt retro enough for our adventure. We chose this facility due to its relativity to Ole Miss - attending a football game - which was just a short 30 minute drive. The town of Holly Springs was just short hop away and had plenty to offer in the way of history and eateries. At the end of our stay, we connected with the other guests in the home and made a pair of lifelong friends. Additionally, just about 40 minutes away is Collierville, TN - with a GINORMOUS antique mall and fantastic restaurants, as well as Memphis, just a hop skip and jump away. Great location for a great time!
While there wasn't anything we "didn't like", per say, it is important to mention that there is no elevator for the facility, as the guest rooms are on the second story and you have to climb a ste of steep exterior stairs. However, the host was very gracious in helping us cart our luggage up and down as needed. We also had a 'wasp' in our room - which I was highly allergic to - but as long as we didn't bother it we were fine!

Chose to stay at this place as a more affordable option for an Ole Miss football game. What an eclectic and cool old place! The host was very personable. Excellent simple breakfast. A delicious buttery croissant, sliced hard salami, and fresh strawberries with whipped cream. The coffee was very good. The bed and linens were so comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly host! Loved the 1960’s vibe! Enjoyed sitting out on balcony to enjoy peaceful back yard & drinking coffee out on patio. Very short drive to Marshall Steakhouse. Thankful for mini fridge down the hall, because we had yummy supper leftovers to take home. Enjoyed seeing historic houses nearby. Thankful chef nephew was visiting, because breakfast was great!
We prefer to have a ceiling fan & coffee maker in bedroom, but the antique ceiling light was unique & cool. Glad there was a Keurig coffee maker downstairs., because we woke up early. Could use more sweetener & creamer options, but was thankful for heavy cream & sugar provided.

This place was amazing I was a little hesitant because I had originally wanted to stay at the Wynn Airbnb but do to the fact that there was only one room left with a shared bathroom I was like who would want to share a bathroom? So I kept looking and this place popped up so I was like let's give it a try and glad that I did the gentleman named Frank was the most amazing person he was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs we not only had our own bathroom but we had our own private entry into the home leading off of the driveway so even though we were at someone's home the private entrance made it feel more like you own.
There was nothing that I didn't like about this home it was everything that you could expect from the South from the big pillar post to the distinct wooden doors and even the bathroom decor in the bedroom was very original.

Frank, the host, was very helpful. He called as I was getting into town to let me know that GPS usually takes you a weird way and gave me better directions. One night I had trouble getting into my room at 1am and Frank came to help as soon as I called. The lounge next to my room was awesome. The photo I included is of the lounge.
The door for the private entrance had an odd lock system that took a while to get used to.

The location is perfectly placed within short distance to every interesting place. The Ida B. Wells museum is no more than 3 minutes away.
There was really nothing to dislike other than the weather, but I was there during January.

The host/owner was such a joy! The property had a nostalgic feel and allowed for a relaxing environment. Bedding was comfy and breakfast was good!!
It wasn’t a problem for us, in fact it added to our experience, but it is dated.

It is a beautiful home, and we had everything we could’ve possibly needed.
When I found this B&B, it seemed almost too good to be true; however, everything was as perfect as it showed on line.

Location was perfect…just blocks from my event Owner was very nice & accommodating. He was willing to take me on tour of historical homes, but due to weather I had to leave early to beat bad weather
Bed was a little too hard for me, but I am picky
