The hotel is well maintained, clean, large. All of the staff we interacted with were super friendly, helpful, great attitudes! We stayed on 28th floor and had a great view of the property. Large tv in room was great. There was always a very pleasant & refreshing aroma in the lobby. The Sweet Tea Cafe has great breakfasts!!! And the casino was sooooooo much fun! Lots and lots of slot machines!! The live band was fantastic (Triggerproof).

The bed wasn’t the greatest. With only one person in the bed, it wasn’t too bad. But if there are two people, I would imagine rolling into one another. It is so soft it sinks down. Also, having a mini microwave in the room would be nice, and a brighter lighting option would also be nice….. just a little too dark overall. The casino should have better ventilation system to accommodate the tobacco smoke. Whew, it was overwhelming.

I did not eat breakfast, the check in people at the desk was very nice. When we ordered room service it came in a timely manner. The room was quiet and comfortable. Most of the people were very helpful and nice.

The food at the buffet and at sweet pea wasn’t good at all, for the prices that were paid it should of been much better. The people at the buffet were not friendly and did not show any hospitality towards us. And the variety was as bad as the taste of the food.

we loved the sweet tea place to eat and the atmosphere of gambling. It was fun and upbeat which gave us a great time!

The property itself was beautiful. Our complaint was a single cocktail waitress that worked our area the last night. She looked as if she hated her job, did not stop to ask if we needed a drink. Even said “ma’am” several times and got ignored. If it’s the tip she wanted she needed to have better customer service skills. I come from a customer service based industry and I’m all about great customer service. I would tip great if I was shown that. She was rude therefore we left her section and quickly later left the casino floor. We were here for our anniversary trip and planned to spend a great deal of money but our last night she really turned us off.

The Millennium Theater was awesome. We went to see Craig Ferguson and the seating was comfortable and the aisle were wide so you didn't have to get up to let others walk down the row. Love how fast the upper floor elevator is.

Only back up was leaving the Theater. There was only one way out and there was a line to get down the escalators. Because there are slots right outside the theater it made it even more crowded and difficult to get through.

for the most part, most of the staff was really great location was great, and it was extremely clean

I didn’t like the sports bar that they had. We waited there for 20 minutes after we were seated I saw some of the servers standing around goofing off and another one that passed within 6 inches of us and never said a word we got up and we gave the hostesses. They were all standing around the menus back and let them know that no one even spoke to us and we left.

The location and friendliness at check in were great! The room was clean. The bed was comfy.

While the hotel staff was friendly, I feel like staff at the some of the restaurants could have been more friendly. The water pressure in the shower would come and go, I assume due to the next room using their shower at the same time or flushing the toilet. I understand the price of everything has gone up, but I do feel like the rooms are overpriced.

The hotel and staff were great! Any questions i had they answered and accommodated me! Definitely will be coming back!

I had a major issue with my reservation payment through booking and this hotel. I cant say it was the hotel's fault due to them changing ownership and their system was down. They were EXTREMELY helpful when it came to finding a solution.

Housekeeping service good. Gave us extra towels.

They tried to charge me full price at check in even though I had a receipt from booking.com Took over 5 minutes for associate to figure it out and only bill me deposit. Not enough people working check in during busy arrival window.

The room was clean and comfortable. Was very pleased with the size and location to the elevator (not too close and not too far)! Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly.

Restaurants on site were a little pricey. No off-site restaurant choices close by.

The hotel was in a good location for us to begin the MS Blues Trail. The facilities were good.

One of my reservations was not in order prior to my arrival and was not notified of it. Eventually it was straighten out but spent over 20 minutes trying to do so. The mattress is not up to par and it kept shifting on the frame.
