The room and bathroom were very dark with little lighting. It was hard to get ready with such dim lighting. The plug in the bathroom didn’t work making it impossible to use hair dryer. We were given one towel & one wash cloth for the entire weekend. There was no coffee maker in the room so we called the desk and they sent one up but only with coffee for one morning and not the entire weekend. They definitely could use some updating for the price of the room. We had a fun time in spite of these issues. The hotel and casino staff were great!

I loved everything about the stay except losing $2600, i come once a year and never have any luck the machines aren’t on BUT it’s still a comfy place to stay, our king suite was wonderful and big.
the casino floor needs better ventilation, they allow smoking which isn’t a complaint on my part but me breathing in all that heavy thick smoke has caused my lungs to complain because now I’m battling bronchitis 😆 oh and the Buffett I miss it!!!!

room could be cleaner the lamp by the bed had dust standing off of it and the cabinet were the fridge is at was filthy on the sides needs to be swept out it was filthy. they need to actually move fridge from side to side and sweep out it was gross. I am aware the hotel is old but it doesn’t have to smell old kind of smell like mildew.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was clean and soft.. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. I also enjoyed being able to go to casino downstairs and play, then go back upstairs and rest a little, then go back downstairs and play again..
I missed the different food places to eat at in the buffet, that they use to have.

The young lady at the Front Desk who checked us in was as friendly and courteous as a person could be,, I forgot her name but someone needs to see who was on duty when I checked in,, she is an asset to your organization,, I would also like to see her receive an increase in her compensation package at her next review,, I'd return just because of her!
