La Quinta by Wyndham Tupelo

The staff were great from the housekeepers to the front desk. The hotel was very clean. When I complained about no coffeemaker the front desk had the housekeepers bring us one. That was great customer service

Breakfast! A sausage on a biscuit isn’t breakfast. Also no coffee makers in the rooms because of COVID, really? There was a remote which carries more germs than a coffeemaker. Pool was closed, no outdoor furniture so unable to sit outside.

Location was easy to get to. Coffee was available 24 hours and was hot. Breakfast buffet was good and had variety. The room AC was cold. Our room was near the rear exit so taking our dog out was easy. Good area to walk and relieve dogs.

Not a criticism of the property, but of irresponsible dog owners who did not clean up after their dog's mess.

The employees were welcoming and efficient. I had accidentally used my gas credit card to make the reservation, and one of the employees kindly called me to correct the situation instead of just cancelling my reservation when it was declined. Although some of the hotel facilities looked older, everything was very clean. There was no extra charge for our two pups traveling with us. The hotel was conveniently close to the highway.

The only issue we had was that the shower hot water could've been hotter. The water pressure was good and strong, and it wasn't cold, but it never got quite hot enough to be that good shower you need after a long drive.

The lady at the front desk was awesome and everything was great except one thing at the very in of our stay not sure what happen the cleaning ladies was very rude.

Housekeeping for some reason push a cart on my daughter feet never apologized and for some odd reason three of them was watching her as if she did something too them simply could not understand what all that was about but they need to be more professional with visitor.

Wyndham Acct #1749158629. Staff at Check in was very friendly as was the staff at Check out. Only concern was where was no Restaurant Menus available in the unit or at the Front Desk. They offered to show me how to use Door Dash to order food. I am 74 years old and have trouble understanding computers. Best Feature: Pet Friendly as are most of the La Quinta Inns. Great area. Easy to get in and out of area around the hotel. 3

The staff was very nice and very helpful. There is plenty of parking, even with a trailer. The hotel was in a safe place. Just before our stay in Tennessee, we had stopped in Memphis. WOW, all I can say about this area is thank God for Booking 🙏. The sad thing was that even law enforcement said it might be a good idea to move on.

The hallways needed to be cleaned, otherwise not much to complain about.

The front desk receptionist was very nice and informative. The fact my room was on the 1st floor #105-not far from the pool. Their cooler unit with things to eat was a little scarce and we had to order a pizza for delivery. Their breakfast was fully stocked and that was awesome. The Location is only 8 minutes from Elvis Presley Birthplace.

the fact that the day I was checking out, I was packing the car and had a total stranger walk up to me asking for money. I did report it to the front desk.

Just Loved this hotel .. was on a long road trip across America (From the uk) and stayed in many MANY Hotels and Motels and this one was my favourite, The staff were great, The room was large, spacious and pristinely clean the location was perfect, close to places to eat but more importantly a short drive to Elvis' Birthplace and Downtown Tupelo, good parking and all the amenities i needed such as hairdryer and coffee machine etc .. will most certainly stay here again if I'm ever in Tupelo

this was just probably the cleanest and most comfortable stay out of the 20+ motels and hotels I stayed in during this years road-trip, the staff were excellent, very courteous and helpful, the room was immaculate, light, bright, large, comfortable and had all the extras I would want i.e coffee machine, hair-dryer, fridge and microwave, it was close to down-town and also Elvis’ Birthplace I would highly recommend La Quinta by Wyndham in Tupelo and would stay here again in a heartbeat

This is the BEST pet-friendly hotel in the country! We travel through Tupelo several times a year. We ALWAYS plan our trip coming and going with stays at La Quinta with Molly Rose (our Baby). We can always plan on a LOVELY, consistent, and pleasant stay. Don't pass up this pet happy hotel! Bob, Donna, and Molly Rose Loyd
