Our condo was so nice and clean ! We had a 2 bdrm and it was very spacious!! The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked ! The coffee pot was awful 😖 but we made it work .loved the jscuxxi!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the brook running. The TVs are a little out of date, so there is no streaming, but that didn't bother us as we did not watch it much. The activities center was very cool there is something for everyone here! It was a great weekend! I def recommend this place to any family or couple!!

We actually stayed at the falls by Wyndham in Branson after some error in booking. Which they upgraded us to a larger room at another one of their properties, which was The Falls by Wyndham. It was a good stay!

I didn't like that the Wi-Fi was not working. The information that was given to sign into Wi-Fi was not working. There were many different networks that I could not connect to. It wasn't a deal breaker in that I didn't use it that much and was fine with my phone data, and we were on the go the whole time. But my son wasn't able to connect his X-box through Wi-Fi

I loved how clean and nice our room was for our family. The cost was extremely reasonable too. Also the recreation room was great.

I could have done without the woman smoking on her balcony across from my room. I also could have done without whoever split my stay up for 2 different stays when in fact it wasn’t and housekeeping tried to come clean my room during our stay halfway through.

Clean for the most part. Felt safe. Close to many things.

The surprise fee of a hold of $250 that is put on your card at check in and released at check out did not feel acceptable to me as it was nowhere stated until check in. Walls were paper thin. The people above us were screaming most of the night and morning and walking very loudly. Other than those two things it was a decent experience.

The location was great, we did not even know about the breakfast, but we were quite pleased with the location and the rooms were nice, also liked the large tub, although it filled and drained very slowly...

We could have had a fireplace as I am sure SOME units have, but not really anything to complain about!

The room was clean. The pool wasn’t far away. The pool areas were clean. The staff is super friendly! And the beds! The beds were sooo comfortable!

We got lost trying to check in. But we just didn’t understand that the office was in a different spot.

The room was amazing, I like the fact that most attractions were like 10 minutes away. The room I had was tremendous. I'm definitely coming back again and I hope to get the same room. Laughs

I didn't dislike anything to be honest. I wish you guys had a gym where I could workout indoors.

very spacious plenty enough room for a family of five and a two bedroom condo.

The only thing we didn’t like is they tried to get us into a meeting to sell us a timeshare! gave us a $75 gift card, but it took two hours out of our trip and we were not prepared for all that.

our room was beautiful and the grounds were well kept and truly stunning with ponds and waterfalls.

the pool was decently clean but the jets in our in room whirlpool didn’t work and the jets in the outdoor hot tub didn’t work either.

It was a gorgeous property! Very clean and friendly staff. Great communication!!

Tub in guest room was clogged, toilet in master had a broken handle and dishwasher leaked a bit when we ran it. Our stay was super short so we did not call anyone to fix.
