The rooms were large and very homey. There was everything that we needed right there.

The bedroom had blinds but really needed to have drapes because when the sun came up, it was very bright in the room. You could also hear the people above walking around and when they flushed their toilet, you could hear the water flowing down.

The suite was just what my family and I were looking for. We stayed 5 nights very quite, easy ascess to parking. The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable, sheets were clean. The pool area was nice and clean and very kid friendly. The game room area was also nice for the kids. We made it late that night around 2 or 3 am and the 24 hour night service is a major plus. We are definitely coming to the location again in fact anytime we are in town.

There are no complaints. House keeping came by daily. The towels were clean the air and heat worked just fine. The hot water was excellent.

The staff was really nice! Location was great!! Check in was very quick, they were extremely nice. The concierge went above and beyond to help us find good food places. I would love to stay there again, despite the couple issues we had.

there was work being done on the suite above us and it woke us up really early and it was really loud. The heat didn’t work but during the evening 1 day, we were there 3, we were really cold. They came out twice to fix it but it stopped working again the last time. I just didn’t call and bother them again. But I’m not mad, they were really nice and came out quickly to fix it. I just think it was something else wrong with the heating unit.

We always like staying here because it is large and clean and the price is right. It is fairly convenient to the shows. We love the kitchen area because of the full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, garbage disposal etc. we also like the outdoor balcony which is equipped with table and chairs.

The property is rather dated. We were on the fourth floor and it looked like they had tried to put a white spray glaze over the bathtub but the spray did not stay around the tub. It got on the walls and it wasn’t cleaned off. Also The bathtub is rather weirdly configurated into the corner of the bathroom. It would really help to have grab bars because it’s very high stepping up into the tub and getting out of the tub. All they need is to put some grab bars on the wall. . I think they need to replace the lamps because they are really old looking but are in working condition. It did not have the charging portals for charging your phone, so you have to make sure you have a plug-in on the end of your charger.

The space in the apartment was amazing, almost like being at home. They have a movie room , a play room with a pool table and mini golf course. The outdoor and indoor pool was awesome and opened until midnight so adults could enjoy it without kids making noise. Don't forget about the hot tub and plenty of parking and security driving around the clock. Awesomeness.

There is nothing to complain about.

I liked the layout and location. the apartment style rooms were perfect and parking was adequate. the elevators were a real life saver, especially when traveling with bulky and heavy luggage. the closet was ample and easily accessable.

The carpet should be replaced, made the room feel dated and it was bumpy, as is there were cables or padding that didn't sit well. the tub in the shower could be cleaned better as the were many water stains coming from the jets. I feel that a separate shower would be a good option. the restroom could use a bit more lighting, or at least LED bulbs.

loved the size of the space and the items provided (utensils and equipment in the kitchen) very central to all activities in the area!

bathtub was not draining mentioned to the maintenance guy but didn't think much until the next day when we went to have showers, upon checking it was clogged with lots of hair. other than that the place was great.

Loved the screened in porch. We where only there a few days, so we didn't use it much, but loved it had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Far enough away from the busy street, but close enough with a very short drive to all the action. Will be back, when we come to Branson again.

I was not able to stream on the TV. I wanted to watch my Netflix, but had to watch it on my phone, because I couldn't hook it up to the TV. It would help to have some way to log in to your own streaming services to watch. Also, curtains in the bedroom. I was on vacation and would have liked to sleep in a little on at least one of the days and couldn't because the sun. That was the only two things wrong with our stay. Everything else was perfect.

The 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was wonderful. It had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort had tons of amenities for the grandkids.

Only thing we didn't like was the 2 device limit per room on the wifi. It wasn't a huge deal and we would stay again but when a 2 bedroom unit sleeps 6 people 2 devices per room per stay isn't sufficient.

Spacious room. Living room, kitchen, bedroom & the bathroom was really roomy. All kitchen stuff was provided & easily to find. Sheets were comfy& LOVED the pillows. Easy check in & check out. The Check out ladies were soooo much more friendlier. The security team was fantastic being around. Our condo / room was in the back & was great because we didn't hear the traffic. There was many amenities that we wanted to see but we didn't have enough time. We needed at least two more days. The pool was nice (we went to the one in the back).

The room was clean but the carpet needs a really good shampoo!! There was so many stains around the kitchen table & right when you walk in. I felt like I needed to protect myself to make sure the Resort knew it wasn't from us so I took a video of how bad it was. Sheets were comfy, the bed was not so comfy though. It was pretty firm. The chain on the front door to lock is barely hanging on. It needs some TLC & some NEW LONG SCREWS. I wouldn't mess with the short screws anymore, they always strip out. CURTAINS. Need to invest in some curtains so guest can sleep past the crack of dawn. That was the biggest grip of our stay. The daylight woke our little one up as soon as it started turning light out. We got told.............. wake up, the sun is awake, it's time to get up!!
