Villa was wonderful!!! Comfortable bed, great balcony view. I stayed in Cedar.Great view of the fountain and beautiful at night how it lit up. Staff was friendly. Had to wait for my room to be done it was after 4pm but by the time I got my parking pass headed to the car was about to leave they called said my room was ready so I walked right back in. Villa was clean was fully stocked. Very comfortable and relaxing. Thank you

Not a negative but needed to get dish soap/dishwasher pods. If you want to do laundry would have to supply. I personally didn't do any washing but a small thing of dish soap would have been helpful or mentioned somewhere that you would need to supply those things though everything else is supplied.

The facility is very nice. The rooms were clean, open, large and the kitchen had all the appliances and dishes/pans/utensils you would need for a short stay. Excellent.

The property pool was under construction and there was no clear information about it being closed. We didn’t find out until 3 days before our stay and it is really disappointing when you look for a good pool for your kids and aren’t clearly provided information. Especially with what we paid for a three day stay. The facility was also mostly empty and a very loud, drunk guest was placed in the unit next to us, we felt the could have spaced guests out more as they kept us up at night and we had to call the front desk to report them.

The property is interesting it has super old elements and then very new builds on site. I think they have a lot of diversity which is nice.

I really didn’t like that the room smelled like cigarettes it really bothered me I think that they should offer smoking a non-smoking rooms as it was triggering my allergies on my asthma the whole trip. when we got there as well one of the staff members was completely clueless she gave us a key to a room that was already very occupied. The second time we went back to get a key the keys didn’t work on the new room and so we had to go back for a third time. It was just really frustrating when you travel for such a long time to get where you’re going and then you can’t even get in your room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! It was very close to an amazing spa. Overall the trip was a success and I loved almost everything about the property.

The jetted bathtub was very dirty. There were pubic hairs on the rim of the bathtub. I had to scrub the entire thing and then run a full bath of hot water, run the jets, and then scrub it again.

Beautiful accommodations, friendly & professional staff. Air conditioning went out in our room, we were accommodated by moving to a bigger & better room for our last night in addition to being given a refund for three previous night with no air conditioning (100 degree weather during our stay). There was also a fantastic menu item, the brisket burger (sooo delicious).

We were offered a tour of the grounds in exchange for a complimentary gift. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the tour due to staff being unavailable at the time of our scheduled tour. We were excited to see the full grounds but understood that there may have been a staff shortage during the holiday. We were still recipients of a great gift as promised though.

The room was clean, very well organized and smelled great! The shower was absolutely amazing! It was very quiet and peaceful throughout the night. If I were to recommend for anyone to stay here I would say it would be their best decision they could make! We will definitely be back!

The bed was not the best but still slept good

The price was awesome this time and the people were friendly. my husband and I enjoy staying in condo , we like having our own tv and our own areas and also like the landscaping and pool area.

the condo needed a little upkeep. carpet had stain, the toilet was very low to floor and rocked , bathroom sconce needed a light bulb, one of the tv controls had no batteries in it.

The scape room was a lot of fun and the staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. The room was very clean. The kitchen was perfect for the few days that we were there.

There was a lot of construction and the pool and restaurant was closed. I can't wait to come back after the renovations are completed.

The room was beautiful with a full kitchen. Impressed the wife.

They put us in a room on a lower level, stairs and people stomping over your head. Room had two fireplaces, just one was functional. We experienced inclement weather so the other fireplace would have been nice. There was no help getting our belongings to the room, very inconvenient and difficult with the stairs and room location. If you are retired and travel later in the year to avoid crowds/children check to see when schools have break sessions. There were so many children there we couldn't get close to the beautiful pool.

Loved the area, the facilities. Very convenient. Very peaceful. Definitely looking here for return trips, especially longer trips when more amenities can be enjoyed. Staff was very helpful and professional.
