My stay was to celebrate New Year 2023 with my 8 year old grandson and my husband. I was impressed with the indoor pool and the rooms having inside balconies. My first encounter was with Front Desk Agent, CORTEZ who was FANTASTIC in greeting me when I arrived to check-in. His personality is just what this establishment needs- Inviting! Also HAILEY in Housekeeping was so awesome and accommodating. My grandson was allergic to the feathered pillows and I called to put in a request for foam-filled and she brought them right up and asked if there was anything else she could do to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. She was a jewel and I hope these two are recognized in a very Special way.

My grandson needed to take a shower after his swim and the tub was dirty plus the faucet was broken, it would not turn in either direction to turn the shower on. I called down to have Engineering dispatched and a gentleman came thirty minutes later. He tried to turn the knob and it didn’t budge, so he finally disassembled the piece and discovered it had a broken piece in it. He had the new part in a plastic package and repaired the faucet.

very clean establishment. management reached out prior and made my stay even more comfortable. front desk staff were amazing dealing with an issue with the ticket printers from parking (there was a ticket jam that held you up from leaving the parking area) and instead of blaming and pointing of fingers like you see at other establishments they ( front desk staff) were first were apologetic with the issue an secondly empathetic because there was a line of people who had to come back inside to get the issue resolved. I will make this a favorite place to stay when I come back to St. Louis. Thank you kindly for making my stay comfortable.

not to say that I didn’t like this… there were a lot of kids staying at the hotel. the indoor pool mixed with what seemed like youth sport teams staying at the facility combined for a difficult navigation through the lobby…but they are kids and that’s what they do so not a big problem with me ( I have a child). there was security ( which was dope to see them moving around and such) at all times in the evening while the kids were in the lobby having fun…but again it is kids and that’s what they do so not a big issue but I did find alternate entries and exits that exist that I didn’t have to come through the lobby much so BOOM😃

Pool hours were a joke... And trying to get in to use it wasn't easy, issue with the gate. No hot water the first night at all. Room could've used a little TLC. There was a huge stain on the carpet right when you entered. And the metal cover on the wall coming off.

Food was wonderful, staff was so friendly. The kids loved the pool and the waterfalls indoors. My husband really loved the architecture of the building.

I did not sleep well, neither did my husband. I’m not sure if it was beds or not. Just kept waking up. I am unsure if it was just us or the beds. So I won’t blame it on the hotel. Just wish we could have had a more restful sleep.

Housekeeping. They took the tip, but didn’t do the services and their attitude was not professional.

Excellent breakfast, attentive staff both at reception and in the bar, very helpful and attentive to requests.

our bathroom had some works undertaken before our arrival noting some debris which was left on the floor.

Everything was up scale, very nice. Breakfast was wonderful

When checking out the front desk clerk was not has friendly as the staff the night before. We had our car breakdown and needed to extend our stay. Very unhelpful, stated we should book online.

We only booked here for a place to stay prior to our flight, location was great since it was right next to the airport. The room was very nice and comfortable!

Around 3 am we had random people banging on our door trying to get in rattling the handle and the entire time we were there before the pool closed there was kids running through the hallways and screaming making it hard to get an early nights sleep for an early flight. It kind of seemed as if they let just anybody in to use the pool as well since there was so many kids just running around.

Room was clean. Had a balcony room great view.

Air conditioner was not working but they fixed it quickly. Pool was to cloudy to swim in .

Staff is very professional, rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Food although ordering through the bar because of COVID. was phenomenal for salmon baby potatoes and green beans.

ELEVATORS: Only 1-2 at a time seemed to be on. should be a sign to cut down the amount of people in one elevator. (COVID)
