Everything was just right. I cannot express how much it means to my family all the ways you helped our family. We arrived at the airport from Germany as we are moving back to the US after 7 1/2 years. We were exhausted our youngest was very hyper after sitting on plane for so long. We had 16 bags, a dog and a cat. We called for a shuttle pick up and they came right away. Shuttle driver was amazing and understanding. We arrived to the hotel and having luggage carts available was great. Check in was easy. The room clean and big enough for us, a dog, cat and all that luggage piled in everywhere. The 5:30 kickback was perfect to wind down from our long day and best part is it is free and there is popcorn. Kids enjoyed the pool. We requested a late checkout with no problem. There is a water bottle refill machine in hallway near the pool! Again after two very long travel days we cannot thank the hotel and staff enough.

Nothing really.

I did not have a chance to eat because I couldn’t find the lobby. Kept going up/down in the elevator. Came off several times on the ground floor but still couldn’t find the front desk. I went to all the exit signs only to find myself outside, the laundry room and other exits that didn’t take me to the lobby. If there was a sign that said “Exit to Lobby” I would have probably got to eat something. I finally went back to my room on the third floor and called the front desk for help. Came back to the ground floor and did the same things I had previously done. Thank goodness there was a young man just about to get on the elevator who helped me. This whole ordeal took about 20 to 25 minutes. Hence, no breakfast.

Better directions to the front desk. It’s location posted in the elevator or directly above to Exit door. Not everyone is as smart as they once were.

The substantial breakfast buffet was good and filling. There was also a free evening light meal and drinks, which we didn't take advantage of. There is a pool, which we didn't have a chance to use. I don't think there was an exercise room, but there is a small computer center, a small "convenience store corner," and a comfortable seating area in the lobby. Shuttle is provided to the airport all day. Parking is free.

My husband wished for a night light in the bathroom, but we otherwise found the hotel convenient and comfortable.

The Room was Clean and nice. I was on the fifth floor at the end of the Hallway and it was quiet. I place a do not disturb on the door and was not disturbed. The Comfort of the Bed was amazing I had a hard time getting up, I slept very good thru both nights. This was the first time I had stayed at a Durry Inn and it won't be the last. Breakfast was offered and it was good and hot . I wish they offered a turkey or plant base meat option. The Front desk was friendly and Helpful

I didn't like that there wasn't much of a free movie option. You had to purchase the good movies. Also they didn't offer tiny tubs of toothpaste. It had to be purchased as well and I forgot to bring mines.

Amazing staff! It didn’t take too long to get to/from the room or car, bed was super comfortable. The fridge, microwave, and air conditioning worked great! The tub/shower was a decent size as well. I’m 18 so had some trouble finding a hotel that would allow us to check in but super glad I chose Drury Inn & Suites! Not too far from Busch Stadium for a decent rate!

Unless we missed it, we didn’t see any hand soap in the bathroom, just a facial soap bar.

This was our first stay and... Staff are amazingly helpful from check-in to check out. We weren't expecting such lovely happy hour offerings and enjoyed the buffet and unwound with a glass of wine when we arrived. Our room was tidy and clean and comfy beds made our overnight restful. The flight was an early one. Being "across the street" and five minutes to the terminal made our stay the easiest we've had in years. We have found our airport hotel!!

The pool needs an upgrade.

three day stay without any room cleaning; I did not realize that I had to ask for it. on the second day I asked the front desk, she just told me that the cleaning could not be done since there were no one to help. This was the first time that I did not have the room cleaned as I requested. Disappointed even though all other aspects of the hotel stay were fine.

The staff was great 👍 as always Kati always made sure we had everything that we needed she is always so nice and helpful and always has a big smile on her face 😊 every time you see her

Need more choices of meat for breakfast not everyone eats pork would be nice to have a turkey or beef bacon or sausage

The friendliness of the staff, the location for what we needed and the speedy shuttle to the airport. The food was good and convenient. Our room was great and the kids loved the pool.

The coffee could have been better and have more options for cream. The food was good, just not warm enough. That's all I really have. We love staying at Drury.

Everything drury is the only hotel I stay at it has every thing that I need been staying at drury for years they do need another meat option at breakfast not every eats pork sausage

More options for meat at breakfast maybe some turkey bacon and beef hot dogs for the evening meal
