Holiday Inn Express & Suites St Louis Airport, an IHG Hotel

My daughter had a connecting flight to STL and due to late takeoff, she informed me while on the plane they were not going to land in time to make the connection. She was going to be delayed until the next flight available at 3:40pm the next day, I was in another state and needed to make sure she was safe for the evening. I called and booked this hotel location and spoke with the front desk staff (Elisha - not sure of spelling), but she was phenomenal! Even though my daughter is a young adult, I was nervous with her being stranded at 11pm at the airport. Elisha assured me they had a shuttle to pick her up and would get her into a room that evening. My daughter loved the complimentary breakfast and received a late check out with a shuttle ride back to the airport the next day.

I really enjoyed the softness of the bed very much . Plus the TV Channels was great as well. Very, very clean all around 👌.

I really can't say much bad about the room. Only the room that I had. The door melted plate to the lock was bent & I had to apply a little more force to make it lock all the way.

The sheets were probably the cleanest that I've seen. The guy who sat at the business desk was super friendly.

The guy at breakfast was obviously overwhelmed on Sunday. The dining area was packed. He was out of all of the breakfast and couldn't seem to get caught up. My family had to leave the hotel to buy breakfast. There was no bowls for the cereal.

The front desk was awesome! Brandy and Yasmine!!! Love them. I want to adopt them for my daughter's.

The price was ridiculous for one stay. Ridiculous! I paid it cause I needed to get away. The room was not very clean. It hadn't been vaccumed. I think the whole place in general needs touching up. Painted, and other small things

Brandy at the front desk greeted us with a big smile, very pleasant and inviting. Check in was easy. Our room was the perfect size for my Husband and Me. The king bed, pillows and blankets were very comfortable.

The shower pressure needed to be more. The TV could have been a little larger.

I love everything about the stay.

When we pulled up it was alot of police presence. But when I went inside it was only their for 2 ppl. You would have thought someone was murdered by how many police where outside. But thats the only thing I didn't like.

The staff was amazing!! I had lost my wallet at the airport and didn’t have my ID but they were nice enough to still accommodate me since I had booked online in advance. I didn’t have a ride back to the airport and before I event called a taxi the manager offered to order me an Uber! Amazing! But one staff member offered to drive me. Never had such amazing staff that goes above and beyond.

We had a great stay!! Check in was quick and easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was delicious!! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling.

Accountability of Manager Bryan Medlin- texted greeting before arrival. Very friendly, welcoming to our small family when we checked in. Gave us recommendation to great pizza delivery place. Shuttle on time(think Ramona arranged)*the and driver friendly too. Right nest to our rental car Enterprise, so able to turn in 12 or so hours early.

The breakfast was wonderful. Staff was wonderful Brandy was just a wonderful experience she made my day.

It was nothing I did not enjoy. Everyone was wonderful from the boss Bryan on down to his staff.
