Property was clean, staff was nice.
I booked a suite and it was like a regular room. it did not have microwave or refrigerator. Microwave is in common area. Room did not have heat and front desk said she would call maintenance. No one came or called but miraculously the heat started working. Makes me think they are controlling it. There is an over priced restaurant on site.

the staff was really nice, and inviting. checking in was a breeze. it was close to where we needed to go. elevator needs to be repaired so the entire hotel had to use one elevator. everyone just kinda piled in with u because they didn’t know how long it’d be before the cab came back to their floor. hotel was pretty quiet though despite it being across the street from the airport.

I paid for the room ahead of time and when my son checked in he had to pay a $400 deposit??? Why? I am concerned about this and am unsure why he was asked for a deposit? It makes no sense and is disappointing.

Room was very comfortable and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. Able to leave vehicle there for $10 a night. Airport shuttle available. We got there late and left really early, so didn't see much else of the facility.
Took a looong time for the shower to get hot, so don't be in a hurry.
