The property was clean. The breakfast was good.

We arrived at 10 pm. The front door was not open. There was a sign that gave directions on how to open it, but it wouldn’t open. We knocked. We called the front desk. Twenty minutes later we saw an employee, who was closing down the pool. We waved, but we’re ignored. Finally, we were able to push and slide the door open. The employee was very annoyed that we were in. She even said, “I locked that door. How did you get in?” She was rude and very unprofessional. I will add, the morning worker was very professional and kind.

Very nice room. Very clean. Great amenities, wish I had brought a swim suit! Great location, easy access to all destinations in town.

I booked originally for 3 nights on Booking.com with a discounted room rate. When I arrived, I changed the nights to 2, then called later that night back to 3 nights. When I received the bill, I was charged the full rate for the 3 nights. While I think I understand why that happened, they could have informed me at the time of the change that the room rate would increase. Also, while the room met my expectations for cleanliness and space and comfort, the walls are paper thin, I was awoken in the middle of the night by sounds of a couple in the next room having vigorous sex. A suggestion would be to arrange the beds so that the headboards do not end up on the same wall in the room next to it, if possible.

The breakfast and location were good

Untrained employee at check in. Took about 30 minutes to check in. Her relief person was late and she had to call someone to walk her thru the process. She was friendly but she should not have been alone. The coffee maker should NOT be in the bathroom. Did not like the handheld shower head. It would not stay attached while the water was running and it was difficult for the kids to use.

Customer Service - Door Key system was having trouble, but the front desk worked tirelessly to make sure he corrected the problem, and got everyone working. Breakfast - definitely a FULL breakfast and excellent.

Everyone says they have staffing issues, but to only have 1 employee working the front desk on a Friday night, of a State Track weekend. He had to do everything himself. It would have been nice to see another employee helping.

The room was very nice, bed was great.

There was no safe in the room. If you wanted to secure valuables, you had to go to the front desk and get a lock box to place valuables in and go to front desk every time you wanted in your box.

our room was spacious and comfortable.

there was a group of high school students staying the same nights we were. They were very noisy late into the night. They also wiped out the breakfast food and the worker was having a hard time keeping up.

Clean, good parking, good location near the city. The front desk man was very personable and helped us find a restaurant.

The restaurant next door appeared to be closed and abandoned (detracted from the neighborhood, nothing within walking distance)

Great location, was close by to everywhere we wanted to go. Felt very safe and our room was quiet as I requested. Other guests were polite and everyone was respectful. Our room was nice and large and very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of variety and plenty of places to sit.

Don't have any complaints to report from this visit. None

Rooms were clean

When I arrived, at 10:37pm to check in, employee was on phone behind wall. I waited a bit. Then a bit longer, he was on phone with a very questioning lady, I get it. But I did not get checked in till 10:52 or so. I arrived from out of town and was going to event. Which I was a few minutes late for. However, I get the need to help to ppl at the same time. But I was a physical customer paying at the moment. I just hope things are better for my next visits this yr as I am stay at a couple of Best Westerns during competition season. But other then this our visit was comfortable and good.

Breakfast was great, pool was open, elevator and luggage carrier, location

Bedding was dirty, staff was rude, I had to call Booking.com because they didn’t receive payment (I don’t feel like that should have been on me as the money had come out of my account the day I Amadeus the reservation!)
