The room was spacious comfortable Mattress comfy pillows fluffy Bathroom very big only shower would of like a bath since I walk a lot Came for a conference Always hot water My view facing the street..some kind of a club /restaurant.. by 11pm Quiet (on a Sunday night) Walking distance to light district!

To have some fruits available They had a pot of coffee/ hot chocolate Some cookies 1 out of 3 days

The hotel was just lovely! The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the drinks during happy hour and the breakfast the next day. The location was perfect for our venue. Everything was excellent!

Everything was perfect. The only recommendation would be to have access to a microwave, especially in the suite. We used this room for gathering family and friends for the wedding events, and it would have come in handy.

Right when you walked into the hotel you knew you were in a clean facility. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location wasn’t far from the Convention Center where we spent most of our time, about a 10 minute walk.

The only Con I would say this hotel had was that it didn’t have water fountains, the ones to fill water bottles. They had water bottles but I wanted to fill my water bottle & couldn’t find a fountain.

This hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect! We made a quick trip to KC for some shopping and wanted to stay in a nicer hotel...this one was a perfect choice. Gorgeous, clean, and friendly, welcoming staff. The room was great and I enjoyed spending some of the evening at the bar listening to live music. The bartenders were great, too! Very pleasant experience!

Our view wasn’t superb...it was a bunch of AC units on a roof and pigeons but it didn’t bother us much. Just sharing if a good view is a dealbreaker for you! Everything else was excellent.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in every way. The bed was to die for. Mostly friendly staff. The shower was lovely. Amenities were fabulous. Parking was good, but it was $20. I loved the beds and quality of coffee. Excellent location. Comfy chairs. Cleanest hotel I've ever been in. It felt luxurious.

The air conditioning units were not working in the night, and were not repaired until the morning. I do understand things happen. As well, the hotel seemed understaffed during the night. They didn't appear to have enough people to help the guests in the rooms and the guests eating at the restaurant below at the same time. I understand that it was busy, but the guests in the restaurant area were given much higher priority.

The room was great. Loved the bed and even the pillows. The staff were so nice. The restaurant was unbelievable. The house cocktail was great and packed a wallop. Staff went out of there way to make it a great night. The food...oh man it was delicious. Thank you for a great 30th anniversary.

Nothing on the hotels part. Just tired of COVID. But it’s part of our world right now.

The service and the front desk employee guy is super nice and sweet!! I love the old man. I definitely recommend this hotel it’s so nice and the bed is comfortable as well and the whole room is nice as well.

the area the hotel is located in is very sketchy and i did not feel safe walking outside of the building

Exceptional service and extremely kind people willing to do anything to make my stay comfortable. Clean room and very comfortable. The best shower I've ever been in!

Our view wasn't impressive but we didn't spend much time looking outside so it wasn't that big of a deal.
