So it was the nicest place we stayed in a while. Everything was available, hot breakfast, all day coffee, water, tea, extremely helpful personal. Up to date rooms with amenities

Well not their fault but when we went there was an extreme cold spell -30 at night. The heat in the room the roof top units were freezing up so wasn’t really warming the room . HOWEVER Adam one of their personnel he was excellent gave us a couple plug in heaters to help warm the room and it was completely fine. Trust me wasn’t a big deal room was great either way

I really loved the quality service Peggy was the nicest she even sang to us at Monday morning breakfast. She was so sweet to my kids and helped us with the pancake machine. She deserves a raise best attitude overall cheerful and really brought a smile to my face. This was an all around great experience

the TV guide didn’t have words so you would have to randomly change the channel and hope you find something good. The pancake machine was horrible Peggy was out there doing her best each day to get it to work. get a waffle maker they are so much easier and tastes waaay better.

The location was great in terms of being able to walk everywhere in the city! We came to town for a show at The Truman and walked there super comfortably! the staff was excellent too (shoutout to Tim at the front desk for his recommendations and great customer service and Mildred in the kitchen - she made breakfast so fun and she was so sweet!). The room was small, but we didn’t need much! It was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the tower buildings.

The only issue we ran into was parking. When I arrived, I had to call to figure out where to park because their attached lot was full due to concert. Tim actually helped out a ton with this and found me a special spot to park in. I didn’t realize I would have to pay to park at the hotel too - but I had to pay $20/night for it. Maybe I missed this information somewhere.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The breakfast was fine. Not very sophisticated but it had everything necessary. The pancake machine was excellent. Also the front desk was very gentle specially Nishi who attended all of our requests kindly.

The main problem was the air conditioner. The nights were very colds even when the air conditioner was in heat mode. We spend a very cold night. The other problem was that the parking. It's supposed that I must be free for guest but it had a daily price.

The staff could not have been nicer and more welcoming. We dealt with Assistant Manager Tim. We were in the city to celebrate my boyfriend’s career milestone. The hotel knew that and they made him and us feel extra special. Breakfast was excellent and the friendly kitchen employee even sang to us and made us feel so welcomed! The location was fabulous! We could walk to the City Center and there was a free trolley that was nonstop. The location is minutes from Kaufman Stadium and Football Stadium. We were also steps away from the College basketball Hall of Fame. If you want BBQ go to nearby Jacks Stacks!

The bathroom door was a slider and so didn’t offer the greatest privacy but it was worth it with all the other positive attributes of this property!

Good location to access downtown visitor attractions and dining. Warm welcome from check in staff and helpful information provided. Room size was fine and clean with good bathroom space. Complimentary breakfast was good with a good selection. Good coffee and available throughout the day. Staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. Thank you to all the employees for making our stay comfortable.

Pillows were a bit too soft for our liking

Everything about our stay here was exceptional! It is right next to the T-Mobile center, making it a very short walk to the TomlinUNITED concert. The lobby was pristine. PJ, at the front desk, was very welcoming and kind. We really enjoyed our conversation with him. We loved the layout of the room, which was expertly cleaned and included a great view of downtown. The bed was very comfortable. The Keurig was nice to have for that first cup of coffee before breakfast. The free breakfast was incredible, including many healthy options. The ladies working in that area were exceptional! Peggy was so upbeat and sang to all. She even sang a song just for my Fiancé and I once she found out we had just gotten engaged. This hotel really made our trip perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this place. This will be the place we always stay when we are back in KC. I don't know what PJ and Peggy make, but they definitely deserve raises. God bless you both!

I liked that they offered food options that you can buy late at night. My partner and I stayed here because it was close to the concert venue we went to and we didn't get back until 11:15ish and there was a nice array of food options to purchase.

The parking is a little bit tight but it's not terrible.

Nice location in the heart of downtown Kansas City, close to several different neighborhoods to see around, with restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful - infused water and coffee always available. Breakfast was included and REALLY good! Lots of options.

Having to pay $20 to park :/

The property is right in the heart of the power and light district which means there’s an endless amount of things to do for both dining and entertainment. We were in town for a comedy show at the music hall and it was a quick 15 minute walk to the hall itself and only 10 minutes to dinner.
