The front desk and valet staff were absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone we encountered was so kind and welcoming.

It was a busy weekend so getting to our room later in the evening was difficult because the elevators are small. Check-out was the same. The check-out time was fine but actually getting down to the lobby with our bags was a slow process because of the size of the elevators. The only solution that might ever work would be to stagger the check-out times by floor. The charm and beauty of the property more than made up for this MINOR inconvenience.

The location was great, the hotel was super cute and had old charm. We were on the 18th floor which gave us an awesome view. Walking distance to some restaurants.

Honestly it was very expensive for just a hotel room for the price I kind of expected room service or at least a free water bottle. Plus 39 dollars a night to park your car. I can’t decide if the price and luxury of the hotel are equal.

I loved the location and the decor of the interior was gorgeous. The hotel was very clean and the staff was simply wonderful. My favorite part was spending time in their speakeasy. They have live music on Thursdays and that was fabulous.

Mini-fridge, at the minimum. I would have been happier having one but there wasn't and dealing with melted ice in the ice bucket gets tiresome after a day of exploring. I also wasn't much of a fan of their restaurant, I felt like the food was a little basic for the price point, however, it was good enough for a rainy evening in.

The front staff were very helpful. The shuttle and the drivers were great. Shout out to Eboni, Michaela, Hassan and Ethan. Loved the Speakeasy.

We had a housekeeping issue that was reported on the second morning of our trip that was not resolved during our stay. The Speakeasy only had live music one night. Would recommend they add additional nights

Seems like they were short staffed - which I get right now but I bought a package that included a breakfast buffet. normally it includes mimosas and Bellinis -which if fun on vacation but only one or two people were working and neither could serve alcohol. buffet was awful - usually really good but it was just overcooked oatmeal, eggs, has browns and bacon. same thing I would expect at a much lower grade hotel. all overcooked with no flavor and they were still wanting $35 for 2 people! mine was included but I still really felt ripped off. I know they can do a fabulous breakfast but when they can’t, they shouldn’t be charging the same amount.

Rooms were very nice and clean! Hotel staff was amazing, our concert was canceled and the front desk gave us ideas on what to do instead. Overall, pretty good stay!

Hallways are very deceiving and it made us a little nervous to walk into the rooms, but the rooms were just about the opposite. Despite our toilet being broken the entire time we were there, it was all okay. We requested the hotel come fix it and they came up and did something but it was never really fixed so we had to use the lobby restroom or our friends bathroom.

The staff was especially friendly and accommodating. Our dinner and breakfast were very good. Our room was large and decorate tastefully. We liked the free shuttle.

While our dinner and breakfasts were very good, we had to wait quite a long time for our meal to be served, especially dinner.

Every employee we came across was super friendly and pleasant. Zack, goes above and beyond what I would’ve expected from a valet attendant. He was really kind and helped with our bags to our rooms.

The only con to the stay was the rooms were cleaned up, but not throughly cleaned. Hairs were still on bedding, you could tell from pictures that some furniture wasn’t put back in place and the tiles in the shower had fallen off and were just left there, tile and the debris. Beds itself were pretty firm, not the best. Other than that it wasn’t a bad stay for the price and the customer service definitely makes up for it.

I loved how close it was to the music hall. Less than a 5 minute walk. The view of downtown was great.

I booked a standard king room but when we checked in the said they overbooked and had to downgrade us to a petite queen. The room was very small and the bed was obviously not a king size which is what I wanted

The proximity to T Mobile was perfect. Beds were phenomenal!

There isn’t a fridge in the room….and the bottles of water in the rooms are $3….I’ve never stayed somewhere that leaves bottles of water in the rooms and charges if you drink them.
