The location was perfect since we traveled by Amtrak. We loved that it was near the streetcar too. It felt secure since the outdoor entry was locked. The bed/ pillows were perfect and we loved appliances and dishes in the kitchen. Plenty of towels. We liked having the ability to do laundry. They stored our luggage for us before/ after checkout which was great. The room was very clean.

One of the breakfast staff made us feel uncomfortable our first morning there so we did not have breakfast there our second day. The rest of the staff was nice and very helpful. The room could have some minor updates (hole in ceiling where sprinkler isn't finished, some trim damage, etc). The pool looked like there was algae buildup so we did not use it.

Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. Literally a block to Union Station. Wonderful view, especially from the pool at night. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Terrific breakfast and comfy rooms too. Will definitely stay again when visiting KC!

The indoor pool was tiny and not heated, but they did have plenty of big fluffy pool towels so it wasn't too bad. The parking is not great but if you can fit, location makes it easy to walk or take public transit.

I liked the ease of access to on-site parking. The property was clean and there was an efficient use of space. I've never seen a dishwasher in a hotel room before, which would be nice for a long stay.

I was disappointed with breakfast. The sandwiches were cold and hard, like they were all made at 6 am and left out for the whole 3 hours. The fruit was past ripe. We ate milk and cereal, which was too bad for a buffet that offered hot options.

location within easy walk from union station, free street car stop just outside so easy to get about town. Room has large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. air conditioning effective, not too noisy and easy to adjust with thermostat. laundry facilities with washing and dryer 75 cent . able to leave bags after checking out. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Staff at the Hotel is Outstanding, great information about KC at the front desk. The Breakfast was very good and again the Staff was awesome. The room was good size, and beds were very comfortable.

This is a pet Friendly Hotel and we're not pet people. There is a pet cleaning solution smell to the Hotel. Our Bathroom pocket door did not latch properly.

I really liked the view in the pool area and breakfast area. Staff was very friendly helped me get situated when a small issue happened during check in. I also liked how easy it was to access everything from the location.

Just wish there was a hot tub or jacuzzi.

Great location for what we needed. Great parking area. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable and had good breakfast.

Don't like that they charge for parking when your already paying to stay in their hotel

We last minute had to find a hotel because the one I booked ahead of time for our trip was HORRIBLE! Thankfully they had something available and it exceeded our expectations! Will definitely be staying here again on future trips!

I like the breakfast! Dexter was very nice! Keep it Up! Receptionists are very accommodating and nice to us.

I didn't like the sliding door of the bathroom. It's difficult to close and open.

All was excellent with the room, food, and location. What was exceptional was the check-in agent at the front desk. He helped me to find the depot that I needed the following day with great enthusiasm.

I was more upset by fellow travelers smoking weed. The smell carried in the hall and it was a challenge to get to and from my room because I am highly allergic.
