Located close to KU Medical Center, also restaurants nearby.

There wasn't soap or shampoo in the room, had to go to front desk to ask for some. Noisy guests playing loud music until after midnight. But this is the first time we have had trouble and have stayed here three times.

Great location and convenient to temper Arena. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. There were sausages for breakfast. Was able to get 1st floor room. TV remote did not work, so went to office soon after we checked in. Maintenance came the next morning and needed to replace tv.

Toilet paper holder bar missing. It snowed overnight and sidewalk was never scooped. Wished there were scrambled eggs for breakfast, but there were supply chain problems, so went with cereal that I brought along.

only thing I didn’t like was that the lights didn’t work in our room. so are whole stay we had to make it work with the 1 lamp beside the bed working the whole time. we called the front desk and he did try to come fix it but what he did didn’t work.

the location was very convenient from where the location of the event was and didn’t have to travel far afterwards. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable bed.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

parts of the hotel has been completely upgraded and other parts had not been touched and were old and dirty looking and should have been replaced.

It seemed that all of the renovations had not been completed.

The Location was good,restaurants all over and in walking distance,the staff was friendly.

The tub had water between floor and tub also was missing over flow plug.

Easy access, easy to book fairly close to the hospital which was the reason for needing a motel.

I requested a shower chair for my wife ( she is in a wheelchair and can't stand) when I booked the room didn't get confirmation is one was available and when I checked in they said should be one in the room, was not then I asked again they brought a a foot stool she couldn't use only a foot from the floor and non adjustable. Other than that wasn't too bad.

Friendly checkin. Clean room. Soft bed and pillows! On site security. Effort appears to be happening to improve facility.

No toilet paper or paper towels available in down stairs bathroom. No elevator. Floors were being recarpeted. The carpenters were careless in scattering pieces along the stairs and walkways providing more obstacles while traversing the route to and from our room with our luggage.

Due to early morning procedure, unable to take advantage of this either morning.

Pillows were pretty small and when asked for more we were refused. Also 2 towels for 4 guest was not enough. Again refused.

I like the convenience to the medical center. Room seemed clean. Comfortable to stay in.

The bathtub was weird like there was water under the surface like a water bed. Some of the doors to the exterior were broken/not secure
