The staff was truly AMAZING, as they so welcoming and kind. This is the best staff of any place I’ve ever stayed. The room was nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The parking was plentiful and the hotel was really close to all locations we planned to visit.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything including people talking in their cars, running up and down the stairs and on the floor above us. We could also feel the floor and beds shake early in the morning. Also the WiFi signal was terrible and made our laptops and phones unusable with hotel WiFi. In this day and age, that’s not good.

Check in and check out was a breeze, staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. They didn't have lotion in the toiletries like most hotels do, and we really could have used some! But the shampoo/conditioner provided smelled really nice! The WiFi was always working, and the extra channels on the TV were great! We watched a movie on Showtime which was fun because we don't have that option at home, so it felt like a treat.

The breakfast was okay, there was not many options and the only eggs available were hard boiled. Many people didn't eat them - but the only other thing was cereal or toast so not any options for a hot breakfast. The food was good though, and there were plenty of options for spreads on the bagels/toast and the coffee station was also well stocked and had many options for teas and creamers.

If I stuck with services provided, and a shuttle, I would have stayed the second night that I paid for. Instead I went home and did laundry, and did not make it back. I was too tired.

Knowing about the shuttle before my hike, but the journey was beautiful. As a disabled person, I need to either arrive to my destination speedily, or know that I have many safe places to stop along the way, should I need essentials like water and a bathroom. I got really tired in the heat, without knowing about your shuttle service in advance.

The breakfast was decent. I really didn’t like the imitation eggs but you could have toast or waffle. Oatmeal was good. The turkey sausage was in a bun which I iddi’t like, because the pork sausage wasn’t and on the second day the only meat was in the gravy and it was pork I don’t eat pork.,

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Convenient location for our stay. Staff (Zach and Sunni) were very helpful, professional and courteous including the kitchen staff. Would stay again.

Was explained at checkout the booked rate of $119 per day changed to $179 and $189 after my first night of a 3 nightstay. . Was asked if I looked not at the daily rate but total quoted when booking with 3rd party. Make sure to read FINE PRINT.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Blthe included breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods.i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the the city.

I could hear people in neighboring rooms. I couldn't make out what they were saying, but I could tell they were talking to one another.

Was easy to get to and easy to get around where we needed to go. Staff was friendly and everything was nice n clean. Would stay there again!

There was some road construction around the hotel area that was lil frustrating. But that wasn't that bad. And the roads need to be maintained.

The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Fruit, cereals, oatmeal, juices, coffees, bagels, waffles, and each day there were different hot options like eggs and sausage. Our room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning, thick walls, and plenty of amenities for a more comfortable stay. My partner even made time to spend at the gym and indoor pool. The staff was beyond friendly and went above and beyond for our comfort.

The only issues we found were small cosmetic issues like pealing paint and things like that.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. No meat items were included, but it wasn’t needed with the great scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. If you like it, they also offered cooked oatmeal. Better than the instant stuff. All around great one night stay, and the friendly receptionist was able to check me in a tiny bit early, which helped my situation.

The road construction making getting there a bit difficult. Certainly not the hotel’s fault, of course, but the city could do a much better job. Main Street, in some places, is so confusing, you can barely navigate it.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking space. The room was big enough and had all the facilities you'd need. The a/c unit worked very efficiently as well. The bedding was comfortable.

Room service woke me up and got into my room without permission 8 am... The area was not very quiet during the night, and the hotel corridor had some noises with people shouting and slamming doors. The breakfast could use more options like fresh bake goods or vegetables.
