Modern look to rooms. Barn door for bathroom, comfortable bed, mix of floor and carpet: Carpet under bed area with vnyl flooring on main walking areas - much clearner feel than all carpet. Rooftop pool cabanas very inviting for groups, sunny pool area outside and service from Lyric in the bar area very good. If it's not pool weather, the lounge area of bar has fireplace and lots of comfortable seating. Walking distance to the traditional shopping area of the Plaza and lots of good restaurants - Coopers Hawk Winery . Front desk staff very helpful. Less floors than the other big chain hotels, so the elevator is quick to arrive. Quick, part highway, 30 minute drive to the airport. Check both Uber and Lyft as there was a $30 difference in pricing for the same period.

Air conditioning was blasting. Only options were "Off" or "On" - had to sleep with a shirt hanging from the top of the vent to block the gusts of frozen air. Check for hours of restaurants and shops as some hours are shorter and others are closed Sunday or Monday or both.

The front desk was amazing. Top tier customer service!

Some of the lounge staff. I only had one small issue, while waiting on our room to be ready my daughter and I were suggested by the desk to the lounge or check out the pool or to grab a bite. Well when we got there there were two people at the podium, no one said anything I had to ask if it was open seating. She gave me a menu but no one came over to us for about 20 minutes and they kept gathering near us so I’m sure they saw us there with no food or even drinks to start. I had to go back to the podium and ask how does the ordering work and she replied “oh, I mean, I can take your order” so she took my order but when it was brought to us it was the wrong flat bread so I’m not sure she was even paying attention

My husband and I stayed here for one night for our first wedding anniversary. We loved it, and I wish we could've stayed longer. You can't beat the location. There is good shopping near by, as well as lots of good food options! The bed was so comfy, not just the mattress but the pillows, too! The bathroom was nice, and we liked that it had a private toilet. When we first walked in to get checked in the staff was very friendly, and the lobby looked so nice and smelled good! We also enjoyed looking at the walls of celebrities that have stayed at The Fontaine!

It could have been just our specific room, but our shower door made a horrible and loud "bang" noise whenever we would tried to close it. It was something wrong with the hinge I think because there was nothing for the door to be banging up against. Definitely could've been just our room though, and not an issue with all showers at The Fontaine. We also wanted to swim when we got there but weren't able to because it was a much smaller pool, and it was super crowded.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of this property is fantastic! It was extremely hot out during our stay, so being able to utilize the free shuttle service to go out to dinner without showing up drenched with sweat was a HUGE plus. The lobby was always nice and cool, which was refreshing after being out on the Plaza in the heat, and the whole property smelled amazing. It was a very subtle scent, but it was very pleasant and added to ambiance.

The hotel was very beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The young man that helped us was very accommodating and gave us an upgrade after the room we booked was sold out.

We pre-paid for a King balcony room but when we arrived, we were told all the balcony rooms were sold out. We were told that the 3rd party agency that we booked through should have checked availability before booking. The other thing that we didn't like is that the room we stayed in wasn't properly cleaned. There was food all over the couch.

I loved the diversity in staff workers. I loved the sky lights in the Solarium Café. The terrace/balcony views from outside were so peaceful. The drinks and vibes from the rooftop bar and pool were wonderful as well. I loved the view from our room. Loved the barista who made our coffee. She did an excellent job! The location was convenient and perfect.

I wish our room could be a tad bigger for the price. I wish there was a hot tub along with the pool.

I adore The Fontaine! Their hospitality is unmatched with any other hotel. They're very elegant and take care of you. The restaurant has some of the best conversationalist and makes me feel right at home.

If I had to say one thing it would be the short staff in the restaurant that I noticed. The wait to be serviced is quite a long wait but the food comes out quickly. All due to short staffed, they're still very pleasant.

Great location for visiting our son who lives in the Plaza area, walking distance to everything we needed. Pool area seemed nice, but weather (major storm came through) prevented us from taking full advantage of it.

Definitely a little understaffed, especially for the valet parking. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful, they just seemed to be stretched a little too thin that weekend.

There didn’t seem to be any restaurants open at the hotel but it is close to many eateries on the plaza.

Customer service was amazing. Michael at the front desk was awesome and also The manager on duty was extremely helpful and polite. I can’t remember his name but he just got back from San Francisco. Those two guys were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately they do not have toothpaste available in the evening when I went down to the front desk and they did not seem too helpful lol. Honestly the second best part was the bed. That was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in ever. I wish I knew what kind of a bed it was so I can purchase for my house.

Parking because if you do not get it validated it is very expensive. I was charged $18 for an hour of parking because I forgot to validate my ticket.
