Bed was super cozy, the room was spacious and the staff was great. Easy to navigate the property and the pool was very nice. I would stay there again.
The check-out time is 11, and we were there specifically to be able to sleep in and relax, but the housekeeping staff starts cleaning early in the morning, so although the room was perfect, the noise of vacuums in the hall and light tapping on the doors was a distraction and woke us up quite a bit. I get it; they want to get started with their day. I just wanted to have a little more peace and quiet.

The location was amazing! Walking distance to all kinds of great restaurants and shops! The staff member that helped us check out was great, but the two at check in were very cold and unhelpful. The no-fog mirror in the bathroom was awesome!
The beds were so uncomfortable! We got a room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds, but they were full size at best and the mattresses were rock hard. Worst sleep I've ever gotten.

It was a really nice hotel inside and out. The staff were helpful when we reached out to them.
It was challenging to even find the entrance to the building and it seemed like nothing was very well marked. There were no little information packets explaining about the hotel and where things were and that was frustrating that we couldn't find anything in the hotel unless we called and asked.

The comfort of the rooms and how quiet the rooms are. Great beds! Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
Let your bar staf, specifically the male bar tender, know it's VERY unprofessional to listen to him and other bar staff openly talking about other guests, the lack of tips they're making and how bad a tipper a guest is. This took place at bar closing/last call on Friday night 5-21-2021.
