Friendly helpful staff, great location and atmosphere. Spent two nights for our anniversary. Food great in restaurant, a little expensive for the size of the servings.

Useless coffee machine in room which made vile coffee! I also found a total lack of communication between the available email and chat offered by Booking.Com. I sent three messages and three emails to the hotel. None of them received an answer. Hotel said it was a booking.com issue, but surely also their responsibility to make sure communications work.

We loved everything. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of our room. Upon careful inspection, there was not a speck of dust or grime anywhere. Amazing! No mold in the bathroom, even though there was no vent fan in there. I don't know how this is accomplished, but I was to say thank you and we will return.

This was the most expensive place we have ever stayed. I would have felt better if we had been able to pay less.

This is the second time we have come to this beautiful, historic hotel. The staff are exceptional and the food at Chaz’s is yummy, especially the blueberry scones. Three hotel is a short walk from the Plaza and is within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. We especially love sitting on the patio of this hotel and enjoying a cool beverage. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very professional. We look forward to returning!

Property is beautiful and hotel room is gorgeous

We wanted plaza view which we got but our room was in first floor right next to the intersection. There were loud noise of road until midnight and it was hard to sleep. We came there with our toddler. I wish we were told that the room will have noise issue. Long story short. We did not get good night sleep.

Breakfast was delicious. The service was excellent. We had appetizers and a drink a the bar. The bacon wrapped dates and mimosa deviled eggs were amazing. We had a drink recommended by the bartender, excellent.

24 hour room service would have been wonderful.

The staff and wait staff were par excellence! some of them we have known for 16 years. Very humble and do a great job. We respect each other and have mutual respect and admiration. Like meeting old friends!

We loved the updated media with added apps that allowed us to watch Netflix, Prime, etc. but we were perplexed that the electronics were falling apart in parts of the room. Great additions but falling short on fixing old school technology.

Great location, clean, easy to park, cool little historic upscale hotel without the creepy vibes you sometimes get in an old hotel. Huge bathroom, good water pressure. We walked across the street and had a great dinner at Kona Grill.

Granted there was a heat wave but we couldn’t get our room to cool down. It wouldn’t get below 72 the whole time we were there and it was 76 most of the night. The only ac vent was in the L part of the suite and didn’t blow air to the main part of the room. Also the young men working at the front desk weren’t as friendly or professional as I would have expected in a hotel of that caliber though the doorman/valet was very nice. Lastly check your bill at the end- we were charged for 2 days of premium internet that we didn’t ask for. When I called the front desk they took it off immediately with no questions so I think it happens often.

The staff was amazing, the hotel was everything I'd hoped for. The suite was gorgeous and Chaz lounge and restaurant should not be missed.

The food was delicious but not hot on a 2 of the plates. It wasn't cold but not hot. Very easily fixed.

We enjoyed the live jazz music and happy hour at the lounge. Also, the location is very walkable on the plaza, loose park and beautiful surrounding neighborhoods.

We had a room looking at the Country Club Plaza. It was well appointed with beautiful marble floors, granite countertops and a most comfortable bed. Sitting outside watching the movement of the city was so peaceful and enjoyable. All staff were courteous, responsive snd helpful! We definitely will return!

Anything of concern was addressed by the staff to our full satisfaction.
