Pros: - VERY comfortable beds and really nice linens. I'm super picky about bedding and this was top notch. Slept so well! - Love the robe and yoga matt they provide in each room - The rooms are nicely designed - calming, stylish. They feel new and really clean. Mine was very spacious too. - The valet was super speedy, great service - Front desk employees were lovely and helpful - Location can't be beat. It's walkable to everything downtown. And if you don't want to use valet, there's easy enough parking nearby - Quick and easy check-out - Room was quiet, didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms - Loved the reading chair, reading lamp and desk the provide - makes it an ideal place to stay if you need to work - Beautiful view of the mountains and sunrise!!

- The bathroom was not as functional as I expected. While spacious, it has a few issues. The lighting is pretty bad, which made it hard to do my make-up. Also, the shower pressure was pretty weak and the shower head emits a very narrow stream of water, which means your body is never fully immersed and wet! Didn't enjoy that bit - I do think it was a bit overpriced for what it is. My stay was $720 for a two night stay on a Monday and Tuesday during the off season (can't imagine how much it costs when its peak season and a weekend). I also didn't appreciate that valet is an add-on service!

Easy access to downtown, spacious rooms, restaurant, bar & pool all available at our leisure. And accepting dogs is also key for us.

I had requested via messaging the property back in January or February to have adjoining rooms for a family stay for my sons college graduation, May 12. Upon arrival, checking in the gal at the front desk was uncooperative & not in the least bit helpful to my request. She kept saying repeatedly, “ ma’am we are full.” No sorry, that it wasn’t fulfilled or anything. We ended up getting 2 rooms not only apart from one another but on separate floors as well. For the price that I had booked both rooms for it seems like it would have been a pretty simple task to achieve for a special occasion. Disappointed to say the least.

Loved the overnight manager Nikki. Loved the view from the room, the music & bartenders at Tune Up, the location…especially world class coffee around the corner at Treeline & Rockford. The room had excellent mini bar, high end toiletries that smelled divine, comfy bed, streaming options on TV, slippers and a local magazine. I enjoyed the lighting and ambiance & friendly staff.

The property is considered 4 stars & I’d say it meets those standards in terms of amenities and grounds, however, service was subpar and I attribute it to a young staff with lack of experience and direction from upper management. Eat and drink elsewhere! Amazing food and drinks all over town!

Beautiful property and location. Staff was extremely friendly, and it was very comfortable. We especially loved the ability to stream movies from our phones to the TV, very convenient.

The outdoor pool was heated, but it could have been a bit warmer for the weather. Also, the pool area wasn’t cleaned consistently. There was trash (leftover drinks and old towels) laying around both days we went out to use the pool. Lastly, no room service was kind of a bummer. We were able to order “to go” from the downstairs restaurant, but it was an inconvenience. And they forgot the condiments we requested, so we had to go back for those after being back in our room. Not a deal breaker, but with two hungry kids it wasn’t ideal to have to wait again while one of us went back down.

great location, modern, beautiful design

we requested housekeeping during middle of stay but never got our room cleaned. Went to rooftop pool one night, no snow control, old glasses frozen to edge of pool and visible dirt on pool floor. it looked like the area had not been attended to in a long time. I have stayed at many Kimpton properties and this was in the most disarray. I realize there are staffing issues but perhaps close the pool if you can’t keep it clean as this could be a hazard with no snow control and dirty old glasses frozen to side of the pool. price point didn’t reflect value and cleanliness

Chatty and helpful reception at check-in. I used the valet parking and they were always fairly quick and always friendly. Rooftop pool was awesome under the stars.

The breakfast was not so good. Had the burrito which was oversized, overcooked and spendy considering I could in no way finish it. Would have liked some pastry options. Would be nice if pool was moderately supervised for alcohol consumption in the pool. There was someone with a glass - not a plastic cup - sipping wine while in the pool and some rowdy college-aged kids drinking beer. I don't feel it's my place to "tattle" so I let them be. If it's not allowed, tho, someone from the restaurant should peek in now and again

Modern, clean, friendly staff. My room was on the corner of the building which was nice. It's also in a great location, central to downtown Bozeman. The valet staff were the best!

A very poor covid excuse....no coffee/tea IN the room. I recently stayed at a different upscale hotel and there was coffee service in the room. I don't really want to see anyone before my first cup. To make matters worse, the coffee service in the lobby is far from covid safe. Just provide this basic service. The rooftop bar closed at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Unacceptable. Several other guests were equally as disappointed. It's a cute bar/restaurant with a wonderful view. Finally, turn or flip your mattresses. While the linens were nice and the bed mostly comfortable, the mattress has a "ditch".

This was my second stay at The Armory. It's a beautiful hotel with friendly, professional staff. I was upgraded for a few dollars extra and it was worth it! I was given a very large room with city/mountain views. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was spotless. They offer Lily coffee in the room which is my favorite! Thanks for another wonderful stay.

Fielding restaurant. Terrible.

The staff here were so very friendly, helpful, and exceeded my expectations in every way! Our flight was canceled and they made accommodations for us immediately to stay another night and gave us a discounted rate to help us out since our airline was just giving vouchers for future flights! The food, rooftop bar, and the convenient location to downtown is perfect!

I loved the location and the room and amenities. Loved the fragrance of the hotel itself and the lotions, toiletries in room. Loved the breakfast at Fieldings - very tasty. The live music on Friday night was great. Overall a very good stay in Bozeman.

The room lighting could be improved. A little dim for my taste.
