Staff were very friendly, efficient and cheerful which made for an excellent introduction to the chain. Freeway is nearby but rooms are quiet and we heard nothing from the road or our neighbors. Rooms were large, well appointed, very clean and bright and the beds were very comfortable. Great towels and toiletries are provided. There is a large fridge, a stove, a microwave and sink in the kitchen area... but....

No cutlery, dishes, pots or pans so kitchen essentially useless unless you have your own stuff. A bit pricey, although that seems to be Bozeman in general and it's quite far.from downtown so you need to drive to get there.

It was a decent size room, even had a little kitchenette which we didn't need but was nice. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean if simple, We liked having coffee mad downstairs in the morning too.

It's a little far from the airport, but I think all the hotels are. For some reason there was no hair dryer in the room but staff was very nice and brought one up right away when I called. Perhaps a roll or toast would be nice with the coffee.

Very clean bathroom! Kitchen had a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and countertop was large. Bedding was generous and comfortable. The room was large, nice amenities.

One STRONG suggestion - if the tv controller looks like it could pilot a plane, PLEASE leave instructions!! Front desk staff (Max) tried to help, partially succeeded, but without much success. Written instructions would have made this stay a 10 all around.

The kitchenette was awesome. Better yet, there was a full size fridge. Coffee in the room with a full size coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. They do not provide plates, utensils or cook ware, so make sure you take your own. We loved it. Perfect for our 2 day stay. Easy off and on from the freeway.

Cons - breakfast options were poor.

Staff is 5 ¹star! We spoke with several people at front desk and throughout the hotel, everyone was very accommodating. Comfy, clean rooms with full kitchen, making extended stays very easy. Laundry too. Access is right off I90, lots of shopping (including Costco) and dining options nearby, accessible without driving. Great place and price. Lots of parking too

Everything was great!

I came with no clear expectations of "My Place" so I was very pleased when I found my room in good condition with a very comfy bed and nice linens. The staff was wonderful and helpful from the reception (gave us extra blankets) to the very sweet housekeeper that we chatted with our first morning. The room was well equipped with a little kitchenette, but we only used the fridge. I find all the prices for hotels are high right now, but I felt happy about what I paid at "My Place".

we thought it was a good place, conveniently located to both the highway and easy access to local stores and restaurants. Not really any complaints

The very best thing about our stay was that the staff members were so helpful and cheerful! We came in the night of arrival with a car issue and they helped direct us to the dealership that could help us. We needed to book several more days because of the car problem, and they booked us quickly and gave us a great rate! Even though our trip was delayed ( heading to see our kids and grandkids), they made that wait more bearable with their helpfulness. The room and facilities were very nice also. It even had a full size refrigerator! I would highly recommend My Place to others!

Really comfortable, the place is clean, the staff helped us extend our stay, we had our car broken down, and they were super nice and accomodating. Near highway, and good parking.

Having a few pots would be nice for the kitchen, we had our camping supplies, so the kitchen was a plus for us, but a shame for people that dont have plates or pots with them.

So clean and comfortable. Room layout was fabulous even a reclining chair which was wonderful for my husband's sore back. The front desk person checked in with us after about 30 minutes to make sure we were all settled in and asked if we needed anything. Have never had that before at this price point of a hotel.

I was traveling through solo with my dog on a 2,000+ mile road trip and this was by far my favorite place. I actually booked this place last minute after having a very different and potentially unsafe experience at my original hotel in Billings. I felt extremely safe and comfortable here.
