the staff was very friendly and efficient! the breakfast was wonderful. I’m a neat freak and it was very clean. great setup.

The only disappointment was the pool experience. we brought our 3 year old granddaughter down to the pool and there were about 15 ten year olds unsupervised (parents were at the fire pit drinking) and they were doing cannonballs and it was very unsafe. there was more water out of the pool than in it. our granddaughter had waited all day to go swimming and we had to leave. there should have been a limit and someone should have supervised.

It was a great suite with a small kitchen, nice bathroom and a separate bedroom. Breakfast was nice. Proximity to Glacier National Park was the reason we chose the hotel.

The price was very expensive. The sofa bed was really awful. We took the mattress off and put it on the floor, which was more comfortable than having it on the horrible "sofa bed". The personnel said they knew how bad it was. How can such a high price be charged with a horrible bed for two of the people sleeping in the suite?!

Kendra was very friendly and tried to make my mom's stay comfortably.. the gentleman that worked at night was also very nice.. room was clean comfy beds..

We were supposed to have a walk in shower for my mom but it was a tub and when I brought it up at check out the morning gal was like oh we were booked all up, which was a lie cuz Kendra upgraded is cuzy mom has COPD and can't walk long streaches.. I said I just don't think Kendra realized it but she was amazing and nice I would keep her around I wasn't trying to complain just letting her know.. all she said was ya sorry.. I asked the gal cleaning the lobby if they had any flavored creamer she looked at me said what rudely so I said oh sorry and repeated my question she said No walked off.. maybe they were haveing off days but other than that it was good.. big kudos to Kendra and yr night gentlemen that worked..

5 people in our group so two queens and sofa bed was perfect without having an additional room the room was spacious. Also had enough room to make a meal if wanted. Refrigerator was nice size like the pool hot tub had fire pit area also had corn hole and grill to cook. Breakfast was a good variety

No complaints what so ever

Location was great, check in and check out were super fast and easy. The staff are always very nice and efficient. We asked for extra blankets and pillows when we walked in and had them about three minutes after getting to our room.

Some of the other guests (a school group I'm guessing) were loud, but that isn't something I can control, nor the hotel staff. Still a great stay.

some areas of the room where dusty. perhaps the room hadn’t been recently rented and dust had accumulated. we came for breakfast about 20 minutes before closing and a lot of items were empty. one of the waffle machines was broken.

Breakfast is a great addition/perk of this place. Please add more fresh items and less food items loaded with sugar, carbs & fat. For example: Boiled or poached eggs, greek plain yogurt, gluten free bread

Hot tub consistently full of kids- would be nice to have a time for adults or a second tub.

I like that the people were nice

I did not like that there was no smoking rooms the room I got did not have a bathtub and the windows do not open when I wake up in the middle of night and I'm hot I like to open the window also the heater is only set at 75 and the heat doesn't get to the bathroom

this hotel is in a great location. close to everything you would need.

the breakfast was not great. there weren’t a lot of options and the kitchen staff were rude when asking them for help/questions. I witnessed the old ladies yelling and rolling their eyes at several guests.

The kids liked the gym and the outdoor garden with the fireplace. The place was quite and the room was spacious. There was a shopping center with some restaurants with a walking distance which was convenient (we walked to a Korean restaurant near by).

It would be nice to have some vegan option for the hot breakfast, but overall the breakfast was decent.
