All of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay with them, the BEST! They made you feel important, compfortable, safe, and at home, as if you were family. Always clean and accomodating to their guests. The breakfast was always good and had a personal touch. It was a nice change from some places that I have stayed on my travels. I was extremly disappointed that the pool was under contruction and was not informed. I had planned to take my 3 month old grandson in the pool for the first time. That was time that we had planned during our stay, to be at the pool. NO CENTRAL AIR!! Are you kidding me? It was never posted on their website or 3rd party websites! That is not fair to all of us that booked rooms. It isnt the staffs fault, and were great even thought they had to deal with ALL the complaints. They made us feel as comfortable regardless of the problems. Someone up the chain of Best Western didnt update the information. I would have their ASS fired. I was so upset with being misinformed, I'm surprised you had anyone stay.

The staff has been great very friendly and helpful to accommodate our needs during our stay . From our first time staying at the hotel. And so far we have been satisfied with everything every time we have stayed there . Only thing is the pool has been down all summer and it would be nice to enjoy the pool since the weather has been in the 80 s and the 90 for the last few weeks….

Great breakfast choices and presentation. The food was delicious. The room had plenty of lamps and plug-ins for recharging electronics. The refrigerator and microwave were in good working condition.

The room faces a McDonald's so there was a lot of activity and lights. The black out curtains work well but I usually like to sleep with the window cracked and the shades open enough for sunlight to wake me.

Breakfast was good and area was well kept. I liked that motel was close to location I needed to be at. I liked that staff talked to us about what recently happened when booking on line. Overbooked hotel. The individual told me that only because I asked if we should book online or just call.

Pets allowed. Always a pet smell. Not terrible but still there. Opening window helped but I just don't like staying in motels that allow pets. Carpets need cleaned. Lost my S pen from phone and had to search carpet with my hands. Noisy with window open

Perfect location and great parking with lighting. Convenient gas stations, and food options.

Next to saw mill, awful to inhale the sawdust and woke up to it all over vehicles

We requested a first floor room since we were traveling with our pet. Not only did we get what we requested but there was a nice groomed area to walk our dog and bags were provided to pick up his excrements. Breakfast was satisfactory with the biscuits and gravy being better than most hotel breakfasts.

The ventilation in the room was stuffy but we were able to crack a window open to get some air movement.

Awesome location. Great facility. Will certainly stay here again.

Someone's dog was allowed to roam free in the breakfast area. Shouldn't have to worry about a dog taking my breakfast off of the table while I'm eating.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly. Beds are comfortable and rooms were clean.

Older motel that does need some updates. Cost was high, but it was winter and close to ski resort.

It was clean and quiet, staff was welcoming.

The Billings was a bit carried away with the cost of lodging. What normally would have cost me $120 for a room cost me $329. I was a nice hotel, but usually when I travel and pay this amount I have room serve and valet parking
