Great staff, delicious breakfast, good location. I especially liked the fact you offered a bath mat for the shower for my 81 and 86 year old parents to use to keep them from falling.

I have addressed this on a different Towneplace location. I assume it was a design choice by the architectural firm not to use a drive through portico for loading and unloading luggage on your properties. Although it was not raining on this occasion it could cause problems for guests in the future. It’s just a suggestion for future locations. I can’t believe it would be that much more expensive to build and is very helpful if someone arrives or leaves in a downpour.

Cleanliness, great shower,great quiet and comfortable rooms,two separate bedrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Provided us with top floor room as requested.

Elevator was a little slow but we did ask for top floor! We loved our super quiet room and although property was pet friendly, we didn’t hear one barking dog. Nothing to dislike about our stay.

Great atmosphere and clean!

Your front desk receptionist Jasmine was very rude to her coworker in front of 9 guests in the continental breakfast area. The gentleman working the breakfast area handed out goodie trays on Christmas to guests, and she called him stupid and said he wasn't to do that in front of everyone eating. You could see his christmas cheer instantly deflate, and he hid in the back the rest if the 40 minutes we sat in the area.

The staff was very friendly and gave good suggestions. Our dog had been bitten by a snake and they inquired about him

Staff made us feel welcome. Maids did a great job of cleaning the rooms. Hotel is located in a great location close to Dinning, shopping, and gas stops. Breakfast was will served, room had HBO options for movies. My kids that are Adults all like their rooms. We like the Kitchen setup refrigerators, Microwave, Stove, Sink, all we needed to relax.

The luggage carts could use upgrading but they still work.

Love the location, is close to a lot. Loved how the pool is separate so we didn't have an audience when swimming. And thank you for providing tea. I don't drink coffee. The little kitchen in the room was helpful too, it's an amenity I will be looking for in the future.

The breakfast was poor, and I didn't like that the front desk lady had to grab my food. I don't like people touching my food. If ever looking add an amenity, a hot tub would be a good one.

the place is in a nice area mobile to all locations in the area, it is set up nicely and has great customer service. I would recommend this place to travelers.

we were not aware that you had to make reservations to the pool which was very annoying especially at the rate we paid, it was very rude how the service lady treated my kids they could have told us when we arrived. that reservations had to be made in order to use the pool.

Breakfast was the bare bones. Location was great. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Everything!! I was only able to stay one night but if I needed a longer term place to stay, I would absolutely love to stay here. It was clean, comfortable and equipped well with all the basics for small apartment living if needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was awesome!!

That my trip only allowed one night in this gem!!
