The room was nice

I didn't appreciate that when I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool, i read online that thier pool was shut down until a further date... Yet when I went thru Booking to search a day later, it not only failed to mention the pool shut down... It made a point to claim the pool was now open. The entire purpose of the trip was to spend the day with my 2.5 yr old daughter, and I had promised her an afternoon of swimming. When I asked the clerk prior to checking in, and explained I had just driven 3 hours for a pool she was apologetic but could magically give my daughter a pool. Why not cancel? Oh because it was a pay upfront deal thru Booking... Until it wasn't, because the front desk still had to run my card to secure payment.

Excellent value for your money, no dog fee whatsoever, which is like a rare gem nowadays, and there was a full breakfast: bacon, tasted like it was air fried with none of the usual fat and grease, but still adequate enough. Home fries, over easy eggs, french toast, great biscuits and gravy, salsa and ketchup—just about everything you’d need. Safe, great location, next to a La Quinta hotel and a Holiday gas and convenience store. Great, grassy-green dog walking area, along a stand of cottonwood trees. We were there on Memorial Day, and it didn’t seem busy or heavily trafficked at all, so not a lot of dog poop to contend with. Price was affordable, by comparison with others in the area, but quality was still maintained.

Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t the Ritz, but the value for your money can’t be beat. It’s an older hotel that’s been remodeled, and housekeeping needs to do a much better job of vacuuming the hallways in particular. But the beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean

How friendly the staff are. The fact they now take the time to properly clean and set up the rooms. My lady and I do reviews for many different companies, and after the first one, regarding this particular location. They have most definitely picked up and made things proper. A few minor details here and there but no one is perfect (: overall a wonderful place to bring your children and families. The accept locals without a deposit. For those looking for a good place to stay and not have to worry about setting aside even more money.

Nothing that couldn't be fixed (: superficial details that can't be helped in most places. No bad reviews from me today

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and seemed recently refurbished. We travel with our two dogs, and this hotel does not charge extra for pets, which is much appreciated. Lots of free parking and is right beside the Cracker Barrel, so convenient for eating out. Very nice stop when traveling through Billings.

The guy at the front desk really didn't seem like he gave a sh#t. Breakfast is available but is pretty meager fair, like most motel breakfasts. We get breakfast at the Cracker Barrel next door, which isn't free but is extremely good.

#1- PETS STAY FREE! We love the fact that we don't have to pay a second fee for our mini chihuahua. 😀 Normally I don't eat the complimentary breakfast because let's be honest, most times they suck. Not at the Kelly Inn, Billings MT. They hat hot gravy, fresh biscuits, fried eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, cereal, yogurt. And everything was fresh and hot. 3 different kinds of juice. Plus, there is a Cracker Barrel right next door.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

It was a warm place to stay. The floor was carpeted which is a plus for the feet on a wintery evening. The beds were comfortable enough, and very clean for us. I enjoyed the nice hot shower, a pleasant experience for a weary traveler. I DIDN'T try the pool, also the hot tub was under construction. Compared to Howard Johnson motel this is THe place to stay. The hot breakfast feast was a wonderful deal! I loved it!

Climbing stairs might be difficult for some, but you can just take the elevator, and the other amenities outweigh this.

I looked forward to a soak in the jacuzzi tub all day. It did not disappoint. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Oddly, draining the tub seemed extremely loud. Given how late it was, I was concerned that I’d bother others nearby. I had to rig up the plug to make it drain slower so it wouldn’t make such loud gurgling noises. My fears were confirmed later when someone else took a shower and I could once again hear the loud plumbing. Would it deter me from staying here again? No, absolutely not. I had a great stay.

Breakfast was amazing. It was the best Hotel breakfast I have ever had at a hotel! The slide in the pool was fun for the kids and *bonus you can walk to The Cracker Barrel.

The staff didn't really interact much and both of my key cards stopped working and they blamed it on my wallet which I did not use It just would have been nice for them to fix the problem and no need to place blame just an I am sorry let us get that fixed for you! (but, that is my only complaint for the whole stay)

Clean, modern, comfortable, pet friendly, great staff, great price, roomy, our room was so conveniently located. It was perfect for us.

No complaints-our room had a spa tub/shower. Being short it was a little difficult to get in. I’d request a regular tub/shower next time. But it was so nice.

easy access, close to restaurants and shopping, good breakfast

the breakfast attendant was rude when she even chose to make her presence known. No bowls for cereal, no syrup for waffles and on and on. when checked in the front counter attendant was very uncommunicative and never mentioned the breakfast etc.
