Staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean and in good shape. Bed was comfy. Our room was a suite, so it was pretty large and included a work desk and living room area with a couch.

Hotel was obviously remodeled around 1986. Quite outdated, but otherwise in good shape. Prices are SOOOO expensive for hotels in Montana, it's like all the hotel owners got together and conspired to fleece everyone. There is no justification for the prices hotels in Montana are charging currently.

That one was clean it was ready when we arrive tomorrow it was great but they had a Jacuzzi a sauna in the swimming pool I was able to stretch my body after driving in a vehicle for over a week

As soon as I entered the room, I smelled a strange smell. I immediately went to the counter and asked the counter service staff to check. Her attitude was not very good. She didn't go to check and told me that I was only allowed to change the room once. I think the counter lady needs to do some properly of training.

My room was well equipped with furniture, safe, refrigerator and microwave. It had USB ports to charge my phone and laptop.

I accidentally booked a smoking room. The room smelled of cigarettes and I was unable to get rid of the odor even with the window open and the bathroom fan running. Next time I will be more careful when booking a room to be sure it is nonsmoking.

Room was clean with a clean smell when we walked. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection.

The sink in our room was nearly plugged but I reported it at the front desk and they said maintenance would handle that. Room is starting to show its age and could do with a little TLC.

We weren't told the breakfast to order was very early and during a short window of time. We were out late and really hungry when we woke up and went for breakfast and COFFEE, and then to learn it was over...was disappointed because we could have been there earlier and gotten the breakfast and COFFEE we paid for and had expected !! The room had kind of a Damon, moist smell and was not the greatest. We were on the 2nd floor and no elevator, very difficult with bad knees !! This was my first stay here, and I probably will stay again in the future, location was good and quiet too, with a few tweeks to planning the stay, it would probably be great, nicely priced too !!

I feel the hot breakfast needed to be until 10. Some of us, when traveling, need to catch up on some sleep when it's been a long, hard day and then another one to follow.. 9:00 was just too early to be done with breakfast. Thanks!

The hotel was very nice, the staff was all incredibly friendly, had all the amenities we were looking for to make our business trip pleasurable. The breakfast was great!

The hallway on the second floor smelled like someone had been smoking, even though all the rooms in that hall were non smoking. And in the pool area people were vaping which made us uncomfortable with little kids around.

Breakfast was wonderful. We never stayed at a hotel where the morning breakfast offered made to order options. The beds were comfortable, room was clean, and the hot tub was hot.

We were not told that you had to ask for your room to be cleaned by housekeeping so we came back from a long day of travel to an unmade room.

We read the reviews on Booking.com, before settling on staying here. They definitely lived up to the good reviews. Staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean! (As a nurse, a clean versus dirty hotel can make or break a place for me!) The made to order egg breakfast was great! We had actually made our final decision based on this offering. It definitely lived up to the hype! The price for everything we got for our stay couldn’t be beat!

We are young and happy to be able to move freely, without the use of any aids. The facility does not have an elevator, so if you can’t do stairs, then just be sure to ask for a lower level room. Aside from needing updated carpet, which doesn’t trump cleanliness or good customer service in my eyes, we have no complaints!
