I didn't care for the extreme amount of Halloween decorations.... a little overboard!! And this is not to everyone's liking. Skulls on the breakfast tables.... ghosts hanging from every possible place on ceiling in the lobby, weird dolls with bugs coming out of their mouths and eyes sitting on the side tables by the elevators!! I'm glad we didn't have any kids with us!!! I think hotels, because they serve the public, should be a little more neutral when it comes to scary stuff. Plus it was only the middle of September!!! We ignored while there, but traveling on our way back about a week later, we decided to stay somewhere else.

As we were leaving the next morning, a gentleman, I assume to be a manager of some sort, was loudly arguing with a guest. in the lobby. She was trying to apologize to him, but he was very rude and she got mad and said she was calling the police. Another staff member who was checking me out witnessed it as well. I don't care what she did, he was very unprofessional to have argued with her in the lobby. Very dismissive and rude. I am a property manager as well, over 20 years, and I would have fired his ass on the spot. Sorry, but you asked.

Breakfast was excellent. Probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The room was clean and comfortable. The thermostat worked and we were able to have the room the exact temperature that we wanted.

We did want to use the gym but most of the equipment was out of order. The internet worked although the TV was struggling with weather issues and only worked part of the time. The parking lot being flooded was totally out of their control.

This hotel is great if you are traveling with pets! We were in Billings because my husband was having heart surgery and I had two pets along for the ride.. I was able to check in a little early which I really appreciated. When we got back to the motel after my husband's surgery I went to the front desk to ask about vending machines with drinks and was told their cooler was down but Belinda and Rachel took time Even though they were very busy to find me several choices of drinks for my husband's upset stomach from the anesthesia. Both Belinda and Rachel were extremely accommodating and friendly.... It had been a long day for me and very stressful so I deeply appreciated their help. I highly recommend this hotel!

I liked that the staff was friendly. I also enjoyed being able to use the pool and hot tub later when kids were in bed. Made it nice to get some exercise and relaxation in without all the noise of kids splashing in the pool.

I had no issues with anything. Only thing that would be a little nicer is maybe fluffier pillows. Other than that the hotel met my expectations.

The front desk was very accommodating, I was a snowbound walk in. They provided me with information on local restaurants and reminded me that the closest one, across the street, would be closing in 20 minutes.- A great first impression

Not a big thing, however I believe the coffee dispenser either uses freeze dried coffee or a dispenser, I prefer fresh brewed coffee. The coffee dispenser while convenient does not provide the same level of coffee that fresh brew does

The location was good for this trip, close to our events for the week. Th bed was comfortable and we were able to get a blanket, because it was cold.

Food was all processed. Some items would be better free, but no always possible. Fresh fruit that was ripe would be nice. The walkway was slippery, and elevator was extremely busy.

We booked this property for the pool, as we were on a long road trip with 3 little kids. The pool lived up to expectations. The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. And the price could not be beat!

It was all good - no complaints.

Welcoming modern lobby, and dining area. Clean spacious room, with a very comfortable bed. A variety of tasty cold and hot breakfast items available. Kid and pet friendly! Easy to find off I-94

bathroom door (bottom) and wall (above bathroom mirror) had minor damage. peeled paint possibly related to water/steam in that particular area. This did not impact my stay other than to mention it.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet at night.

We had the breakfast one morning. It was ok, the coffee was out and there were many people in the eating area. We were there for the state wrestling tournament and expected it to be crowded but not out of coffee.
