Allowed us to check-in two hours early after a terrible stormy day, something we greatly appreciated! We drove 4 hour in huge downpours, lightning on the interstate. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. being able to do laundry (at no charge) after days of travel was wonderful. Convenient location. Breakfast definitely one of the nicest after a week of other options. Nice fresh fruit and eggs did not have dairy in them so I could have some. Front desk personnel very helpful and personable.

Wonderful hotel. We arrived in time for the start of the social time they do. Free drinks and served burgers to the guests. The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a suite and it was wonderful! As soon as we opened the door it had a wonderful aroma of lemons and cleanliness. The suite was well appointed and comfortable. We were in town for a concert. So, when we arrived back at 11pm the hotel was well lit and quiet. We got to our room and went to sleep with no issues on noise or light. When we woke up we had to head home asap for work, so we did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub, we will next stay. The free breakfast buffet was excellent! Good variety for health conscience folks. Had variety of drinks and good food! Highly recommend the stay.

This is our second stay at the Staybridge Suites Missoula. We found it last year and decided it was worth the extra effort to stay there this year. The facility fit our family needs with the two-room suite. But the staff really makes one feel great as they show great pride in their workplace place. The welcoming flowers and greeters at the desk make one feel right at home. The amazing and ever changing (best ever) breakfasts and the evening receptions are really perks that matter. The free laundry was so nice. We wish that it could be found in other places! Thanks to all that make this a great place for the road warriors to stay at. (Should I mention that they even had games for check out, including Rummy Cubes?)

Upholstered furniture could use just a bit of cleaning.

We were able to find rooms for two nights when most places in town were completely sold out. Staybridge is one of my favorite places to stay. The staff was accommodating with our request to stay on the top (4th) floor. We are both light sleepers and it always seems like we get 'stompers' above us. Thankfully they had space to move us. The room faced the back side, we could see the patio area and basketball court. Even though people were playing basketball, you could barely hear them. I love the kitchen in our room. A full sized refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, couch w/ lounger, and the mirror with the soft light coming from behind it, really nice.

The price. We booked this room the weekend of the marathon. It was also the 50 mile Bitterroot garage sales. The cost for two nights for a one queen bed room was a couple dollars shy of my rent for a month. However, it was that way at most places in town. Do t get me wrong, I will go back, its just crazy.... next time I will book WAY in advance to avoid this issue.

Very classy to offer the hamburgers at happy hour with free wine Mon-Weds.

There is yet to be a hotel in america, price irrelevant, that offers truly healthy food to eat. The central air is extremely noisy and actually cold when it comes on. there was a snow storm outside, so why not just the old fashioned heater? Also, why not just open a window in the summer. I find this central air clumsy, ineffective and extremely noisy

Great apartment suite. Very comfy and clean with everything you need.

Front desk staff needs training. They struggled in delivering us the king bed room we had booked and tried to relocate us to a double Queen room after telling us that the suite we had booked was actually not available. After confusing statements and 15 mins of wait, they finally gave us the king size bed suite we had booked. Check out process was equally awkward. Although the staff is warm and welcoming, they need training in better handling online bookings.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly to us and our dog. The suite was sparkling clean, spacious, well stocked, & comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed including paper towels, coffee maker with filters, pots & pans, & even dish soap & nice clean cloths. It was delightful. I loved the healthy breakfast choices with many fresh & canned fruits.

The vast open spacesThe Icy spot for pet business was hard to navigate over a snow mound. Clear a spot so it's accessible. Staybridge is located in a puzzling maze of many hotels so the outdoors offers little ambience & some confusion considering the vast openness around Missoula.

Staybridge is my go-to hotel for every stay, no matter where I go as long as they have a location there. I wish the prices were a tad more affordable so I could enjoy this wonderful place more during my getaways. However, that doesn't take away from the phenomenal experience that I've had each and every time!

The overall hotel was great, the suite was huge and full of all the things we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was good! Staff was friendly and helpful the entire time!

Some of the forks and glasses in the suite were not clean. We also were denied a late checkout.

overall this is a great property with quick access from the interstate and good facilities for a quick overnight on a road trip. Breakfast was standard but had more fruit options and bread was individually wrapped, which was nice. our room was nice and we upgraded to a suite with a good size kitchen for not much more. there wasn’t anywhere to take dogs for a walk except around the building but it was easy to get them in and out of the hotel. pool was warm but cold and not able to stay in longer than 5 mins. hot tub was small and felt crammed with 5 guests. overall it was good and I’d stay here again.
