Hotel was clean. Pool area needs some attention as it was little in kept with wear and tear.
Was over charged by hotel at check out from what I was quoted by my reservation I made on booking.com Have a message into booking.com to get the over charges refunded. Hope this matter gets resolved as I was even instructed by the actual hotel staff to book through the third party for a better rate when I called the hotel directly if they would match the rate quoted by booking.com when I was making the initial reservation. I

The employees were all very nice, the lady at the coffee shop during breakfast hours was great.
The room was in definite need of a good dusting behind the TV and the bottom shelf of the night stands. Under the pullout couch had old food under it.

The king suite was smaller then expected. It was a bit overpriced compared to my booking price. No continental breakfast.

The staff was great! My son left his blanket and stuffed puppy there and they got it back to us in just a couple of days!
The breakfast selection was a mini Starbucks menu but the barista wasn’t sure how to ring certain drinks up or make them. She was very friendly though!
