Great beds, very clean and comfortable, very big king room.

Not the Hilton's fault but online it showed the room having a jacuzzi tub, when we checked in and got to our room we noticed it did not have the tub, I went down to the front desk and they explained that they had a remodel and removed the jacuzzi tubs, the booking sites have been notified but still have the pictures on the sites, very confusing when using the booking sites, I recommend calling the hotel yourself instead of using a booking site

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very close to the airport. busy during the summer but helpful staff with good intown restaurant recommendations.

you will need a car or lyft/uber ($15 to 20/trip) to get to the downtown area and area attractions. Limited hotel restaurant options (likely due to COVID and staffing) but many downtown restaurant options

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. It's a great option for an airport hotel.

They overcharged for breakfast. The room rate included breakfast, but the hotel charged us $26. Don't select the "breakfast included option" because the continental breakfast is not worth the money. We ordered off the menu.

Check in was quick and easy. The property was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly, even after witnessing how a difficult diamond club member tried to get a free room. The on shift manager handled it quite well.

for the price of rooms, how is breakfast not included, we were a bit off guard when they presented us a 24 dollar bill for a 4 dollar breakfast. Wifi was sketchy. we had no suitcase rack in the room so had to use the second bed for a counter. We were also unable to obtain a king bed so had to settle for a queen room which is not normal for us, we like the space.

The staff was wonderful, had a fridge not working properly they replaced it immediately. The breakfast was great as well as the waitresses, friendly and smiling, love that.

There was alot of trash cans overflowing outside the building and trash on the ground, which should be checked regularly as I hate to say some guest didn't pick up their trash if it did not fit they just left it on the ground, this is not the hotels fault. It just made the outside of the hotel look trashy. Which this hotel is not.

Did not get to eat the breakfast, but I am sure it was fine.

The price is a bit high. Pillows were not very good. There were plenty, but they were very soft.

There was a breakfast available but it was $9 for a buffet and $13 for me to order. While it was nice that they have that option available, I really appreciate hotels with breakfast included.

the property was attractive and designed to reflect the area. the staff was friendly and helpful. parking was not completely full by the time we arrived. many restaurants near the hotel. the room was clean and comfortable.

This was a pleasant, comfortable place to stay.

Only negative was room wasn’t ready for us and several others on arrival. No doubt due to lack of adequate help. We were given a complimentary breakfast for our inconvenience.

My husband and I started for our wedding night, we didn’t get in until late, but the gentleman and the front desk was great! I also left a necklace behind and they found it quickly once I dropped by the next morning. The woman at the front desk was very personable and KC was the one that brought my necklace down, we’ve known each other for a very long time so it was a pleasant surprise to see him! The bed was very comfy and we would definitely stay again in the future :)
