friendly staff, clean, close to everything!

we were in a 2 bedroom suite that slept 6…there were only 3 spoons, 3 forks, 2 knives and 4 plates/bowls etc. so we had to buy paper plates and plastic utensils so we could all eat. also breakfast was yummy…but there was really no variety with the hot breakfast…every day there was spinach & Swiss cheese quiche and ham egg & cheese roll up’s…until our last 2 days(we were there 7) they replaced roll up’s with biscuits and gravy. a little variety with the quiche flavors…or eggs and bacon, etc would be nice. Also, they only had bold coffee…other hotels we’ve stayed at had at least one bold and one medium etc

Loved the room, set, space and controls of the heating and cooling in the room. Having a full frig and microwave was great. Bed was comfortable and sleep was good.

We were hoping for a room on the uppermost floor since I'm a light sleeper. We always seem to have someone above us that prefers to stomp their feet. Though we were close to a very busy road we never heard any traffic. However, when the trains blew their horns you could hear like they were right outside the window. Thankfully it didn't happen much.

Spotless and great size room. Mattress was super comfy… I even lifted the sheets to see what brand it is so that maybe I can purchase one in the future. Room had a kitchen with big fridge and dishwasher along with utensils and dish ware. My room had a view of the pool. Landscaping around the building was nice. Location was great - close to restaurants, gas station. Free breakfast was sufficient with many options.

Although the options were sufficient, the hot breakfast items weren’t that tasty.

Fun room. Nice and clean. Very comfy.

We choose hotels that have waffle makers. We love waffles. There were waffle makers in the listing picture and when I checked in and asked the person at the front desk, they confirmed there was a waffle maker. But in the morning there was no waffle maker. Pretty bummed about that. But otherwise was a good stay. Put in a waffle maker and we’ll stay there again

Upon checking in Matt was extremely polite and friendly. He got me checked in quickly and made sure to ask if I needed anything and made me feel important.

There was a less than desirable odor to the room that I attributed to what the people before me had cooked the night before. Mentioned this to Matt and he offered to move us to a different room if I wanted.

We loved staying here because we booked a room with a small kitchenette. We loved being on the top floor so we didn't have to deal with noise. We could barely hear the train which at first we were expecting to hear LOUD rumbling. The pool deck area was great for our 6yr old nephew to visit from the area. The staff was friendly, helpful & knowledgable. The staff was always cleaning the elevator, the hallways, entries....super CLEAN!

Upon check on we had to fill out paper work for our service dog. By law you can not ask what the "dog" is trained for. We showed credentials & paperwork which we have been doing for 7 years now. We wished the hot tub was a wee bit hotter.

This is the best deal in Missoula! Spotless, great location, personable staff. Best chain hotel breakfast we’ve had in your months on the road. shout out to Carrie, who handles breakfast.

Nothing to dislike.

The staff were super kind. The room was massive and incredibly clean. Loved the full kitchen and nice bathroom. I was super impressed with the fact that each room had its own TV as well as heat/AC.

I was pleased with everything!

Clean, and would stay there again . Front desk staff wore masks. Soy milk pack at breakfast . I live on soy milk and bananas for hotel breakfast so it was nice to see.

Minor thing- the do not disturb sign on door is a magnet but no where to stick it on the outside of the door

clean area, bright in hallways, breakfast was fabulous, beds were comfy

the pool is outside in Montana so not usable during winter; kinda pricey
