Holiday Inn Express and Suites Missoula, an IHG Hotel

We did not have breakfast as my granddaughter chose to swim instead. Your staff was exceptional - courteous, friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is off the main street, so quiet and it was great that we were given a room on the 4th floor.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment, so I guess you are stuck with one sentence :) I forgot to mention that pool and hot tub maintenance were being done on Friday night; therefore, it wasn't much fun going in either (maintenance should try to be done during the week). Saturday morning, though, all was great :)

We were only at the hotel at night before leaving early each morning, so the only thing that I can comment on would be the staff. The staff has excellent customer service skills, and the ones making breakfast were super! They never stop from before 0600 until everything is clean well after breakfast is over, but remained friendly! Kudos to the staff!

Cost, but it is what it is. Everything is becoming too costly.

The front desk staff and courtesy airport shuttle driver Carolyn were all very professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast options were very good. The pool area has a bathroom and a shower area, and the game room was enjoyed by my daughter.

The price was too high, especially for a room with a view of another hotel. The pool and hot tub were in need of cleaning, which I believe was scheduled for just after our stay.

Good breakfast. Easy access to freeway. There was a mixup on our reservation but the front desk attendants made special efforts to fix this. The desk and seating arrangement in the room was very convenient.

The key card access to the pool did not work and the front desk had to call maintenance to let us in. We thought the jacuzzi was just a little too hot but this is a matter of personal preference. It was not possible to start the coffee maker in the morning without making several loud clanks. It woke my wife both mornings. I would prefer a different brand of coffee maker.

I love that the hotel accommodated my family of 6 without making me book 2 rooms! We have 4 children and most hotels try make you book 2 rooms. My kids are not old enough to be in a room by themselves and I don't want to sleep in separate rooms from my family on a family vacation.

The price was a bit more expensive than I would have liked. Also, the pool water is quite cold.

The Holiday Inn Express staff was so friendly, they worked very hard to make sure my stay went well and to help me when I was having a rough time. I’m traveling for work and every extension of my stay they have worked hard to make sure I’m doing well and taken care of. The beds are comfortable and the rooms very homey. The breakfast was amazing and there was always fresh coffee. I will continue to stay at the Holiday Inn when I visit Missoula in the future.

My only issue was parking was a bit weird, but otherwise an amazing stay.

Holiday Inn Express hotels have been my first choice for hotel stays for a couple decades and the review high marks online at Booking.com for the Missoula Express made staying there an easy choice. We were not disappointed, The staff we very helpful. The morning breakfast was excellent. We had a great stay. Keep up the good service and extra clean rooms!

Room was clean and the staff was courteous. Great location.

We chose an executive suit with 2 queen and a king bed because it said that it had a sitting area. For three adults, a sitting chair and a desk chair were all that we got. That is not a sitting area as far as I am concerned.

Everything but the breakfast food, the staff is amazing there, very friendly, always greeted with a smile and willing to help

breakfast food, one morning it was ham, was expecting ham, turned out to be fried deli slices of ham , looked like they were prepackaged.

Loved the early breakfast and fridges/microwaves in the rooms. The kids were disappointed that the pool was not available. It is one of our primary considerations when choosing somewhere to stay.
