Comfort Inn

Really, on almost every level this place was a 10. Right away I was so happy to see a bright and clean lobby. The front desk staff was engaged and professional. The bathroom was ridiculously beautiful. I've never seen a heated toilet seat before. Also, the room was spacious. I didn't use the shower or go down for breakfast, but my husband said they were great.

The only negatives (room 211, which I mentioned on my way out) was that the bed I slept in wasn't level, and it felt like I was going to roll out. It was an awesome bed though; just needs some attention. Also, the nightstand alarm clock went off at 6am, and the bathroom door was super squeaky. Neither of those things were a problem for me because I was up early, but another guest might be upset.

The Breakfast options were great; Biscuits and Gravy, Ham, Eggs, waffles, microwave sandwiches, microwave burritos (microwave items were not cheapy and did not dry out, cereal, yogurt and pastries and for drinks juices, coffee, milk. There are kid friendly options and that worked out great

the hot tub had WAY too much chlorine, once the jets were turned on our eyes were burning to where we had to shut them off, the pool was VERY cold even for my kids after a hot day.

Your front desk employee is your best assets we arrived to your location with the building in a black out. The young man was excellent in a this difficult situation. We were going to move on to a different hotel but he worked everything out so we could get into a room and get a great nights sleep. Breakfast was great however we have yet to stay at a hotel with a great cup of coffee. Again thank that young man again, from the lady who could walk the steps.

the property was recently remodeled and is beautiful! Our room was really nice and the beds were very comfortable! Everything was very clean! The breakfast was great, a good amount of choices and it was really good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay here and if I am back in the area this is the only place I will stay!

We left too early to enjoy breakfast. We chose location for the shuttle service to airport even though we didn't end up needing it. Comfort Inn was super great. We were so impressed with the facilities - clean, brand new, so comfortable. Great stay.

Price was higher than we expected but competitive for the area. The pool was being remodeled which was a huge disappointment to our kids but hey, it happens!

It smelled so clean as we walked in. Could have been the brand new carpet-LOL! Our bed was super comfy & we enjoyed the huge TV & cable.

It would have been nice to have known when booking that the pool and spa were going to be closed. Also, the breakfast attendant was extremely slow. We all heard her beautiful singing voice in the back while a lot of the breakfast items weren’t being refilled.

our room was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. all the people that works there were very helpful and courteous.

to many big dogs in hotel, I don’t like to stay in rooms that has had dogs in stay in them the elevator is slow and I’m sure they don’t make it out to the bathroom all the time.

Staff was nice, seemed to still be learning the process. Sunday's front desk person was much more knowledgeable and super polite on the phone (I was overhearing the conversation of someone needing to cxl)

A shuttle service to the buses that were running for the Marathon and Half Marathon was promised at the time of booking. There wasn't one when we checked in...

Able to check-in early. The ability to have Door Dash delivery of our dinner to the hotel made it quite convenient.

Noise from upper floor interrupted sleep along with the road noise. This hotel lacks a second elevator causing delays to get access to your room.

One of the best hotels I stayed at for the price point Excellent room and bath Love the lighting fixtures near the bed, was useful in winding down Bedding was amazing, I didn’t have to sleep more but still so well rested Easy and quick check-in
