Firebrand Hotel

The location was perfect. It was very easy to walk to the downtown area, quick drive to Glacier National Park. The hotel was very nice. The bed and linens were wonderful and we slept quite well. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

There was nowhere to sit other than the bed and one small desk chairs. It would have been helpful to have a couple chairs. The location and french doors with a gap in the middle did not give much privacy in the bathroom. The shower did not have anything to hold onto to balance yourself. No towel racks near the sink. The most strange and inconvenient thing was that you had to turn on the room lights to be able to turn the bathroom light on, thus waking up your roommate in the middle of the night or showering in the dark if you are an early riser.

Everything about the hotel was just beautiful! Loved the decor of the lobby and common spaces. Our room was super as well.

Staff was good for the most part . Some were more helpful than others. I think they were very busy on Sunday and could have used another person during certain hours. The bartender didn’t notice us sitting at the bar and continued talking to another employee without acknowledging us for a bit. A simple nod to let us know they saw us would have been sufficient.

The location and rooms are excellent.

.The dine in menu had few vegetarian options and the lounge live music although good was far too loud so we chose to dine in room although we would have liked to dine in the lounge area. We asked for an extra blanket and instead were brought a lined mattress cover which was very strange. We wanted to purchase a robe however only small were available which was disappointing.Overall though it was a very nice place.

Very comfortable room, "cool" vibe with the art work, nice bartender (Pat), great fireplace and live music in the bar. Friendly front desk. Easy to walk to restaurants and cute shops-great location.

The ambiance, furnishings, decor, everything about the way it felt. Happy Hour & dinner really fun & delicious. The roof top jacuzzi, Xmas trees, igloo & fire pits were amazing / jacuzzi temperature was just right, made my day!

breakfast was ok, potatoes & coffee was good, but the Biscuits & gravy, Eggs Benedict not great

Excellent location, ultra friendly staff, and great rooms. The bar is a great place to hang out and loved the live music on the weekend. Location is perfect as you can walk to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The food and drinks were great. The staff was kind and helpful.

It was loud into the early hours of the morning with guests coming in and out and loud (seemingly drunken) conversations. It would not have been as bad if there was a way to turn on a fan to block out the noise but we couldn't find one, not even in the bathroom.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The shower was the best part! The staff was all very kind. Concierge is even available by text! They quickly fixed the fact that our robes were not included in our room by bringing them up to us.

Room stated there was a mini-bar - they are apparently phasing this out. They have an “old” menu posted online according to the bartender. We tried ordering some items from their menu off of their website and the bartender stated they did not have those items and I must have been looking at an old menu, which I was looking at directly on their website. Robes are included in your stay but they were not in our rooms. The room booking also stated these rooms were soundproof and they are NOT! I heard every single car drive by outside and even other guests conversations and the TV’s from adjacent rooms. It was really disappointing for a four star hotel. I wouldn’t have any negative things to say if I were not misled by the things we were expecting. Website and booking.com need to be updated.

We stayed in room 230, the location was fine and quiet which is best since it does get noisy new the lobby/restaurant area. Due to covid there is no one entering your room so that can be a plus. Front dest was accommodating to get you more supplies.

Lack of communication. We weren't originally aware maid service would not enter rooms, so we took out our own trash since it got full for a 4 night stay. We had to ask for more toilet paper, towels and shampoo items. The one thing issue we had was going down to the restaurant/bar area Saturday night around 7pm and turned away because there was going to be a live band and we needed reservations due to accommodating outside customers. We can understand revenue is revenue BUT hotel guests of 4 nights who have spent money in house should be granted some communication ahead of time.

PROS: The location is spot on! You can walk to everything!!! The hotel room was clean and very nicely decorated. The beds are really comfortable. There's a FREE bus up to the ski resort, There's a FREE shuttle to their sister property at the Lodge. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Despite the reviews, the staff was very friendly and polite. CONS: There are none. Just book this hotel.
