This hotel was gorgeous! The location, the hotel itself, and our room, the facilities were all beautiful. Everyone at the hotel was also welcoming and nice, the front desk was helpful with suggestions and answered all our questions, and the restaurant staff were wonderful! We had breakfast at the hotel most days, which was a great way to start the day. The food was excellent, the views were always exceptional, and everyone there was so friendly. The valet staff were all also very nice and helpful, we only used the shuttle once or twice since we had a rental car - but it was a fantastic option for us in case we wanted to go out for dinner! The team always welcomed us back to the hotel and bid us a great day when leaving. We also had great housekeeping service and it was wonderful returning from long days to a clean room.

The only thing that was a surprising negative aspect of our stay was the sound of the generator (we think that is what that was). Our room had a beautiful view, but it seems there was some extremely loud generator humming at all times which created a constant buzzing sound which made our balcony not very usable - we could also hear it while in bed since it was right by the windows. And in the mornings when the generator would turn on, it would rattle the entire windows. Normally the sound wouldn't bother us as we come from a large city, but it was something noticeable that was not the best. It was a small part of the stay though - everything else was beyond excellent and this will not stop us from returning to stay here at all!

The staff was the best part. They were all exceptional, from the front desk to the bar staff to even the small retail shop in the lobby. Great clothes! Got a jacket on sale there. The bed was very comfortable and we had a fun view of the lake. Great amenities, although we didn't get to try the spa, we may come back and do it again. The bar and restaurant were very lively and fun. John Dunnigan was performing who is an incredibly funny and charismatic musician. Everyone in the lounge/bar was having a great time. Room service was also on point. Can't overstate how great the staff is here.

We stayed in the king studio and it was nice. The decor was 'meh', and could use some updating. Perhaps an interior designer with gallery experience could come in and update and hang their art and photography in the rooms better. There was a lot of empty space on the walls and the general colors in the room were a little drab. It's a big hotel so updating something like this would obviously be a big undertaking and costly, but hopefully they consider it in the future. Also the hot tub was nice but when we went to it in the evening the steam coming off had frozen around the tub so we slipped a couple times coming out and almost ate it.

The location is great. The Inn is unique and all the staff is friendly.

This is our second stay at the Lodge. The first visit was in 2015. The second visit was this week. The Lodge is beautiful but, looks now like it needs some sprucing up. Some of the outside areas look quite neglected and the rustic charm now looks worn. I was disappointed in housekeeping. No cleaning folks ever showed up to our room in four days. Not what I expected.

This property is beautiful! from arriving at the entrance with the fireplace and friendly staff, beautiful interiors, warm welcome, luxury pool, gorgeous rooms and super comfy beds! everything is thought of here and everyone is wonderful! the spa is lovely and the grounds are beautiful.

the restaurant menu and cafe was a little basic and more like a pub menu with flat bread and burgers. I was hoping for more choice on the menu but the food was good. also there was a wedding there and they left glasses and bottles all over the place the day after that didn’t get cleaned up right away.

A lovely hotel the views of the lake from the main building and bar area were spectacular. it is a very large hotel lots of rooms spread out. the rooms themselves were very large and spacious bed's comfortable all amenities included - the gas fireplace in the room is a lovely theme touch. the meals in the restaurant and breakfast were amazing and reasonable price. we were there when they had live music on both nights that were fantastic so that was an added bonus both musician were outstanding and engaging with the audience

it was a little far from town but they do provided a shuttle service. staff could have been a little more engaging ( just abit more )

We loved our room! It was very spacious, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. There were a couple cool "bar areas" in the room and a fireplace. The bathroom was very large with a separate shower and tub, and we loved how you could open the sliding "windows" to have privacy or not in the bathroom. The indoor pool and spa were so awesome with a waterfall and rocks. Very beautiful for an indoor space.

The bar and dining room are connected and there is a nice restaurant on the right side that we were not told about for dinner on Friday evening. They have a different menu and we were disappointed to find out we could have eaten there, but no one asked which dining area we preferred, so we were seated in the bar area which has a limited menu unless you actually sit at the bar- where you can order from either menu! Also, much of the outdoor area was closed due to the season and it was under construction. It would be lovely to come back when everything is open in the summer- July actually!

Our room was fabulous. Massive bathroom, fireplace and views of the woods. Lobby was lovely. Restaurant had good food and drinks and the view of the lake is gorgeous. Free use of canoes and evenings accompanied with smores at the firepit. Staff was friendly and helpful and the spa was lovely. Close to Glacier National Park.

Jacuzzi needs a bit of updating.

Shuttle drivers very accommodating, courteous, and friendly. Arrived early morning via train from Seattle and was able to get early check-in. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed.

Nature area closed, outdoor pool closed, no chairs on deck outside of restaurant. Service in restaurant hit & miss. Some waitstaff may benefit from more customer service training.

room was great, even though we wanted to stay at the main lodge for a lakeview. we were on our Honeymoon but room was still ok.

Spa was closed for cleaning and our pool was closed for some maintenance so the 2 features or attractions as to why we stayed there we did not get to use at all so I was quite upset. The Lodge did provide us dinner at a local restaurant so that was good.

We had a wonderful time and we’re incredibly surprised with how affordable such a nice stay was. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was so much to do and the food was delicious. We look forward to returning.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything that stood out to us that we didn’t like. Maybe during happy hour, to offer wine along with the champagne because champagne makes me sick to my stomach. But that’s just a personal Thing, has nothing to do with the service.
