The location, quietness and peace. Staff is friendly, everything is well organized. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hot tub in my room and it was really relaxing to use it after a long day of hiking in Glacier National Park.

Maybe I didn't see these items are not included in the room. Maybe I should've checked better. But I was surprised there was no shampoo/body wash. I didn't bring any, since everywhere I go, those are available in the room, so I had to go and buy them, right after I checked in. Not a big deal, but it would've made my stay better.

The location and grounds are great. Just minutes from Glacier National Park is awesome! Your rooms are very nice and the bed was comfortable. The night check in employee was very nice and she was knowledgeable about the area and gave us great advice about how to spend our vacation.

When we arrived in our room and we immediately found three fingernails/toenails. This could just be a small oversight, but gross nonetheless. The adults only hot tub looks great on the surface, but it's underwhelming once in it. The "jets" are more like water pumps. They barely put out anything. I wish the management would take care of it. Locals in the pool said it has been like this for a long time and nobody has done anything about it. Sad when that hot tub could truly be stunning!

The unit was well maintained, and had a nice view of the golf course. The Restaurant was excellent in terms of food quality and value. Located in a short drive to Glacier National Park and the property desk staff were very helpful with advice on how to visit Glacier and also about local resources.

The only thing not to like about the unit was that the bedroom faced east and the curtains did not completely block out the sunrise which would be a problem if you wanted to sleep in late. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Comfy, large room. Easy to get in and out of from parking. Quiet. Jacuzzi bath in our bathroom felt good after hiking all day.

Room was very dim even with all the lights on. Hard to read. Safe did not work and we asked to have that fixed but didn't happen. We wanted to store some things while visiting Glacier each day. I'm fine with no housekeeping service but you'd think that on a 4 day stay at this price they'd check to see if you needed anything like more coffee, clean glasses, towels.

The location is near my family and the grounds are beautiful. The size of the condo and ability to have full kitchen.

Three of us are using canes and had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our condo. In addition there is another fight of stairs to second bedroom. No elevator. Home has one air conditioner unit in upstairs bedroom with temps over 80 degrees everyday. En-suite bathroom has tub with jets but is ver difficult to get in and out of to use shower.

This is my second stay, this time spontaneous and in a Condo. Lovely meal on the patio. The restaurant is consistently excellent. The jacuzzi tub was a wonderful surprise with my last-minute deal. I am grateful to the front desk staff on check-out for accurate local information and answers to my questions.

The coffee shop light breakfast area was not manned well. The usual staff member was not present, and the young lady providing the service was absent from the counter and not responsive. The hotel desk receptionist had to find her.

The condos were clean and well maintained and the amenities were lovely. The fitness center has a great jacuzzi and steam room. The location was perfect to explore the region and the park. The bonus of the day/ lake property was an unexpected great surprise!

No cleaning is offered in the condos. Also the restaurant on site doesnt have a full breakfast. Our condo had a view of the parking lot but most had a view of the golf course which would have been nice.

Very comfortable room with nice amenities and a nice view of a golf course from the window. Bathroom is spacious with two sinks, with nice towels and spa products. The lodge may want to add a magnifying mirror for close-up look for shaving or contact lense use above/by the faucet.

AC unit/fan noise was too loud to sleep. Hair dryer is not up to date on quality. There should be a couple of luggage carts available for hotel guests to move luggage from/to the parking lot.

The location was perfect for us to explore Glacier Park, Whitefish, and Kalispell. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food at the Meadow Lake Grille was great as well and the staff there was great! One of the women at the desk when we checked in recommended Vaquero's and the other Jagz. Both places were delicious!

We stopped for some coffee at the restaurant at the inn and were informed by the woman there that the espresso machine was broken. One woman at the desk one morning seemed like she didn't really want to be there but was helpful. It got pretty warm in our room as well and we couldn't figure out the AC (on the wall) so we had to open windows.

The restaurant food was good enough, nothing amazing but the outdoor patio was beautiful and service wasn’t awful. It’s nice that you have a full kitchen so you have the option of cooking. There’s so much to do that’s included in your stay. We left early every day to hike and do other activities and it was nice to spend our evenings cooling off in the pool and hanging out in game room or watching a movie. We would go back every time.

The food at the restaurant could have been better and the staff was full of a lot of new staff, they were trying hard but it was a struggle for them to get orders correct.
