staff at breakfast servers wasn’t nice

Your Staff at Carson City Staybridge is FANASTIC! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Your Breadkast meal was terrible. The bacon was cremated, the eggs cold and rubbery. And of course, everything was cold and stale. Most of your guest were very unsatisfied with their breakfast.

Breakfast food. Value for price. I felt the $250 per night for 2 adults was a little high for the area. Unfortunately we will be staying at a less expensive property next visit.

We went as a family of 5 and it was really good and comfortable. 2 queen size beds and a sofa. It was even better than a studio apartment that had all basic facilities like microwave oven, big fridge , dish washer , induction stove , 2 TVs , iron box. laundry facility was also available 24*7. Breakfast was decent , but they have the same items every single day.

I was expecting to have the housekeeping/room service done everyday while we were out as we did not explicitly put up the ‘Do not disturb’ tag outside. They should have cleaned the room while we were out. They can avoid the frozen items in the breakfast menu and instead replace it with freshly cooked food.

The hotel is modern and very clean. It was very spacious and was able to fit my family of 6. Thanks to Alejandro, Dale and Angie. Alejandro was so helpful to aiding us with our needs, even though it was late at night. The morning buffet was great with variety of choices and Dale made us feel so comfortable. Angie supported us with the checkout easily.

None. Or maybe in the breakfast area, they can set up a microwave so we can heat up the instant oatmeal.

I absolutely loved how clean the place was. It was so spacious and the king bed was so comfortable. The daily (free!) breakfast was great and so many options were available. The pool + spa were amazing too. Having a full kitchenette in our suite was amazing, we had pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates, a FULL fridge! Complimentary dryer and washer were also so amazingly helpful since normally we have to carry our wet clothes from the pool around but not this time! I will absolutely be staying here again!

Extremely quiet and safe

We were on a road trip around the Bay Area and made our way to Lake Tahoe decided to book here based on reviews. from all 5 hotels we stayed at in a matter of 1 week this one the Gad best reviews. However the restroom since we got there smelled like pee, we had to keep the restroom door close because the odor was too strong. AC was also kinda difficult to maintain a certain temperature room wouldn’t get cold but living room would be freezing.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were very spacious, very modern, I loved it. The bedroom was separate from living room. Kitchen has everything you need, from utensils to dishes, pans, fridge, microwave and a little stove top. The bedrooms were beautiful and perfect view of the mountains full of snow. Beds were comfy to my partner but a little too firm to me. Laundry facility was free to use, just bring own detergent and etc. Breakfast daily, Raquel was amazing! Close to everything you need, Walmart, gas station, Costco, eateries and etc. Snow fun is an hour each way basically, must go to Tahoe city, 972 National Ave. Tons of areas for snow play there, such a blast!!! Everything was just perfect, didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back soon before the snow goes away. Thx Fernando!

No complaints really, just an observation. At breakfast the server was not serving food properly. She put only 5 pieces of potatoes on plate, a slice of bacon, and a tsp worth of eggs. Many guests were quick to notice and say that’s not enough but Raquel quickly stepped in and fixed it from there.

The staff was extremely nice and offered kids ice cream since it was beyond our control and kids wanted to go snow but it got dark but kids enjoyed ice cream.

We arrived and had to wait for our suite to be available. Whoever was checking out was late and we had to wait with kids for about an hour.

the property was very nice, clean and convenient. All the staff was very friendly. nice breakfast/coffee set up. loved the outdoor area and that is had grills and was secure ( even though we didn’t use the grill saw others using it).

the wifi was terrible! made it difficult to work from the hotel.

Very new and very clean property. The staff were very helpful and personable. The hot breakfast was very good.

Having a microwave oven in the breakfast room would have been nice. Dual ply toilet paper is certainly preferred to single ply.
