See below for comments about the breakfast. The Inn is impressive for its large, old-fashioned entry hall, its garden, its comfortable front porch and many other sitting spaces, its wonderful location on the Chester Common, and its history. We have been there several times, and we plan to go again.

The breakfast is rather minimal. Yes, there is (non-GF) toast and bagels, sweetened yogurt, fruit, juice, and (good) coffee and tea. But little choice and no eggs, meat or cheese, i.e. no real source of protein. I was forewarned, so I brought a hard-boiled egg with me. But for a place that refers to itself as a "bed & breakfast", this is a weakness. The Fullerton is also a funky, 19th-century sort of place, so the bathroom in our room is tiny, and the mattress is too bouncy. Also, the rooms could use more effective darkening shades.

Thr inn is very quaint , but I thought it was clean and comfortable. The Tavern and porch area were very t pleasant. I was hoping our plans would give us time to dine there but that didn't happen, but there were a lot of people who did , so I'm thinking the food was great. There is also a nice back deck with high top tables that looked delightful.

It is old but I felt well kept.

The people where really kind, I mean beyond the norm. The atmosphere was antique and well appointed

The walls are thin and people aren't aware of how loud they are. I had to listen to this woman's phone conversation in the room next door. I was watching Netflix and finally turned it up really loud so she could hear it and figure out I could hear her. She got more quiet after that. Whew

the property is very stylish. staffs are very nice. we stayed up late hanging out in the restaurant area and lady just taught us how to turn off the TV and also provided us water. the location is good, around 20 min to the Okemo resort. breakfast is good as well. it’s a good place to stay for ski trips

the building is old so there’s squeaky noise on the stairs and in room. also the heat is confusing. we spent some time with it but still had no idea. it seems like the hotel controls when to turn on the heat and what temperature but it’s different every night. one night it was super hot at night and the other night it was ok.

we were traveling for a friends wedding and stayed for one night. it was beautiful, and comfortable !! It has been well maintained though some creeks when you walk but what do you expect from a 100+ year old building. we loved the veranda, it was so spacious and overlooking the little town of Chester. we didn’t take the time to eat at the resturante but man did the aromas smell amazing!! I would definitely stay here again.

Old historic inn that has a great restaurant and the staff is excellent. Rooms are bare bones but bed is comfortable. No TV in rooms but I didn't come here to watch TV. Restaurant and bar have TVs if you need one.

Heat is either steam or hot water so it cycles, gets really hot then cools over time then cycles again. Once you get use to it it is fine.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. The Inn was Beautiful. It was peaceful and relaxing which is what we wanted. We ate at the Inn's Restaurant and it was very good. We will definitely be back for sure!

The only thing I thought could have been different is the bed could have been more comfortable. We were in a room with 1 double bed. This was the only thing I thought could have been better but that's it. Everything was lovely

a simple, yet filling breakfast was offered. I enjoyed the coffee and the view out back. Kate was very gracious and welcoming...her husband is a fine chef...loved his chili. The staff were friendly & accommodating. My thanks to one & all.

the bed was not comfortable (too soft), it was not possible to control the temprrature in the room, it changed from too hot to too cold, without any changes from our side

I loved. The warmth of fhe entire hotel. The staff was very welcoming. Dinner and cocktails were great .

The room was a bit small and the air conditioner kept running and shutting off . Did not sleep very well because of this.
