Our stay at 13 hills bed and Breakfast was nothing short of splendid! Byll was a most gracious host, very warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to provide us with delicious breakfast alternatives and was very accommodating overall. The place itself is a gem nestled in nature overlooking the hills and valleys. The view alone is worth a stay. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and modern. If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like home with a charm and feel of its own with a great host and friendly dog, look no further!

Amazing views. They paid attention to details. Great outdoor space and all around architecturally intriguing and beautiful. Gardens were neat to see and walk around. This is a place with heart and soul and a seriously comfy bed 😁also there was road rerouting due to the floods and they were very responsive to updating us about any changes in road conditions. We had a power outage also but this place had solar panels, so we didn't go without power. 🙌

We loved that place very much! The place was very clean, comfortable with a warm atmosphere. The room was well-equipped with a coffee machine, a fridge and a microwave. We appreciated the technology available in this house: for example USB charge for 3 different kind of device's brands and a very fast wifi connection! The owners, Byll and Cheryl, are so delicious! They made us feel at home. Then Byll cooked a very good breakfast! They allowed us to select what to eat in the morning from a long list of different choices. Oh, how we loved his scrumbled eggs and harsh brown! The view was wonderful and then, last but not least, we enjoyed to have met Hannah, a beautiful and sweet dog! Thank you for everything you donated to us from food to love!

Nothing to declare.

Byll, Cheryl and Hannah were all so welcoming and are lovely people. The location is beautiful, and the breakfast was amazing - definitely recommend the 13 Hills Home Fries. It is an amazing view to wake up to and a very calm atmosphere. We hiked Mt Mondanock while there, which is only about an hour away. You can tell the home was built with love and pride, and Byll & Cheryl include interesting info about the home, the surrounding area, etc. We liked everything, truly, and we all love Hannah!

There is nothing we didn't like!

Byll & Cheryl and their lovely dog Hannah were the perfect host. BYll's breakfast every morning far exceeded our expectations. Their beautiful home is built into the side of a hill with stunning views, was worth waking up early to soak in the hot tub and watch the sunrise. The private room had all the amenities you could ask for, especially the comfy king size bed. They even had special gifts for us: homemade chocolates & habanero hot sauce, fresh roasted ground coffee and even fresh zucchini from their garden!!

I can't think of one thing we didn't enjoy!

I enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to returning with my partner. Breakfast was wonderful each morning and the meal carried me through my day as I attended an online conference. The view from my room was amazing and helped me through the long days online. I was greeted with a welcome gift of coffee and chocolates.

The only thing that could have been better would have been to have time to sit by the fire pit, use the hot tub and play some pool. I’m hoping to return to enjoy those amenities. I got a bit lost on the way but I think that was my mistake.

13 Hills Bed and Breakfast is located in a rural location near a small village. My favorite spot is the terrace which overlooks a beautiful view of the mountains. Byll makes a wonderful breakfast! You actually get to pick from a menu which has anything you would want.

Nothing needs to be improved. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

This is an exceptional B&B! Byll, Cheryl and Hannah are gracious hosts. Their property has breathtaking views and is the perfect get away to relax and enjoy the beauty that surrounds this property! The breakfast was amazing! This was our 2nd visit and we are making plans for the next one!

There is a Dog in the house. Though it didn't create any actual issues. My wife has cynophobia. She had a hard time enjoying the stay.

Everything was amazing! I was skeptical about the place in the beginning because the reviews seemed too good. The house was great and the hosts were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for us. It didn't feel like an airbnb, it felt more like visiting close relatives.
