Hotel and our room was very comfortable. The Maid Staff did an excellent job! The front desk Team were polite, helpful and personable. Harry's (the bar/restuarant) had great food and excellent cocktails.

Not that I didn't like it but the fire alarm went off due to a small problem in the Liquor Store. My husband uses a walker. Our room was on the third floor. Had we been at the hotel when that happened, I don't know how I would have gotten him down the stairs to safety. It actually led to a really great conversation with staff upon check-out.

Close proximity to beach, although crossing street is not the best. Cabanas with enclosures and Harry’s food available on beach. Beach passes given at check-in free of charge. Room view faced beach. Bed very comfortable, lots of comfy pillows. Refrigerator and mini kitchen available. Coffeemaker and coffee, dishes, glasses as well. Free parking with pass directly behind rooms. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant on property with delicious food available for dining or takeout. Staff was great.

Street between hotel and beach was unexpected. Music and noise from upper level of Harry’s restaurant made it impossible to sit on outside deck. However, the sliding glass door with view of ocean blocked noise effectively. Room was smaller than pictured in advertisement, even the size of hotel looked larger than in reality.

The staff was very accommodating after booking.com completely messed up our reservation.

When I reserved with booking.com, it was advertised as a two full size bed suite with a pull out couch to accommodate our family of 5. When I arrived, booking.com had sent a request for a queen bed that only accommodated 2. Initially they told us they could not accommodate our family (after a 3 hour drive) due to booking.com error. Thankfully after some time, the resort was able to give us an extra room but it meant splitting up my family (3 kids) for the night. I would hesitate to book again through booking.com for the reason. Not a good first experience!

towels were plentiful and fresh. bed made-up beautifully.

Though the weather was fine for me (former viking) but too cold for my south american wife. Restaurant associated with Montreal (Harry's) was disappointing. i had chicken parmesan. it was nondescript, no flavor! tomato sauce was water with chunks of tomato. the hotel was excellent, the ladies in the lobby were very accommodating (and pleasing to look at).

Checking is the person at the office was great, we went up to our room and it wasn't up to our satisfaction, went back down stairs ro the office and spoke with the lady again and she fixed the problem right away, she switched our room at no extra charge and she even let us check the new room before making the change and to make sure it was satisfactory, I would definitely stay at the resort again.

My husband and I went for our anniversary for 2 nts. (off season prices) We loved everything about it. So we looked at availability for some mini weekend vacations during summer but unfortunately the prices are out of our league. I was surprised to see how much one night actually costs. With that said, the remodeled room was clean and beautiful, Harry's was awesome, service was great, pleasant staff, beautiful view, ocean front, location perfect!!! We were in room 415 which was right by the elevator, stairs and above Harry's bar and outside deck area. So the summer time, I'm not sure this room would be a good option. We heard everyone going up and down the stairs, the elevator going up and down, people waiting for the elevator and people out on the deck at Harry's. It wasn't too bad for us bc it was off season, and something like that wouldn't usually bother us, but I'd hate to see how that room would for other people be during peak summer days! All in all it was a great time in Cape May!!

being on 4th floor wife don't like it and to far to elevator. stair and elevator need to have some air in them.

We had a wonderful experience at the Montreal Beach Resort. We made a last minute decision to sneak away the day after Christmas to reset. We are so pleased with our choice of hotels. The customer service at check.in and especially check out was above and beyond. We plan.on going back next year! Thanks for a nice getaway!

Of course, not having the elevator made it difficult with luggage. Also on Saturday evening at 7:50 pm went to Harry’s where we were told by hostess Megan that we could not get a table for 5. While we exited the area, a party of 4 walked in and were seated. Guess it was because we had 2children in our party. We had most of our meals at Harry’s and thought the food, service and convenience was awesome. Thank you

our door handle was a little loose so I was concerned lock was compromised and luckily had deadbolt but that didn’t help when we were out
