It’s nestled across from the ocean; the rooms are EXACTLY as advertised; everything is clean, spacious and comfortable. The Oceanview is lovely; staff is great; indoor AND outdoor pool and inside restaurant. It had everything I needed. I wish I could stay longer.

This is a very minor comment… sometimes I wanted to stay in my room especially ordering food in. There are no on demand movie option on the TV. It rained and was looking forward to popcorn and a movie. That is the only comment I have here

Hemingway's including the bar was perfect. The food was excellent and the service was perfect. The bar was very comfortable for a drink before dinner. Breakfast was very reasonable and cooked to perfection. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The bed in our room was too big for the space leaving little room between the wall and the bed on one side to get on or out of. Parking was an issue as the place was packed for a wedding we got the last convient space otherwise we would have had a long walk around the corner from the back of the Hotel on New Jersey Avenue.

I liked the set-up of the room.I It was very convenient to have one sink outside the bathroom with counter and stool. I could put on makeup while my husband showered. I liked that it had a sofa as well as a bed rather than two beds.

Only one side of the bed had a nightstand and reading light and it wasn't my side. Also would have been good to have some kind of nightlight in the bathroom. Couldn't leave light on in the bathroom because the switch also turned on the fan.

the amenities provided were of good value, ie pool with bar and food, beach with chairs, umbrellas and food offerings, activities for kids, restaurant and small shop if needing things forgotten and daily maid service.

More outlets, ie. both sides of bed and at least by table to be able to use laptop. draws for clothes were musty smelling. safe did not work. would have liked freezer space in refrigerator. bathrooms adequate but some mold, would have liked to have seen a ventilation fan.

Large balcony with ocean view. Microwave and small refrigerator/freezer. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Hathaways restaurant connected to hotel is great. Plenty of parking with entrance doors close by.

Very high priced rooom, even on a Sunday night. No bathtub, just a shower. Vending machines take cash only (newer ones take a credit card). Light fixture on wall could spin around by table (needs to be tightened behind base or could short out). Very small elevators.

Hotel is beautiful. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. Room was clean and smelled good. Hemingways may be more casual dress, but the food is outstanding. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years.

Parking is lousy, not enough spaces when hotel is full. Left side parking lot floods just outside the entrance so you cannot avoid walking through inches of mucky, gross water. The pillows are terrible. Temperature in room fluctuated a lot, and a/c unit is very loud.

Absolutely loved the room! So bright, clean, and comfortable! Loved that it’s directly across from the beach and a short walk to the main town square. Love the location. All staff was very friendly and kind! Would definitely stay here again!

I just wish there was an outdoor jacuzzi tub by the outdoor pool. That’s the only thing that was missing. We used the indoor pool and indoor jacuzzi though on our cold rainy night. And loved that option though!

I liked the staff at the front desk, bar and restaurant, hostess , pool, The towels were great ,clean and soft.

I did not like the sheets on the bed that were all polyester because hey are cheap sheets and do not breath, and they made we sweat every time the air would cycle on and off. I did not like that the Ac unit did not have a fan switch on the thermostat to keep the air moving. The price were a bit high but that was to be expected. could not find and outdoor shower to rinse off before entering from the beach. very low water pressure in the show and sinks.

Location and staff were friendly. The rooms were also very clean.

Jacuzzi was not very hot and jets weren't working.

We had dinner and buffet breakfast at Hemingway‘s restaurant and both were very good. Staff was very accommodating. The only problem we had was a family above us must’ve left the kids alone for the evening and the noise was absolutely ridiculous until 1:30 AM when we finally fell asleep from exhaustion. luckily they were there just one night. If not, the front desk was willing to move us to another room.

The property was fine, I wish I would’ve known there was an indoor pool since we were there in October. That’s nothing against the hotel, just wish I would’ve checked a little more.
