I'm originally from the area and always stay at this location whenever I come to town. My main purpose for this stay was to bury my mother, when I let the manager and staff know, they were VERY accommodating and expressed their condolences. I was offered a bottle if water when I started to get a little emotional and I will NEVER forget that act of kindness. My next stay will be next month and again in August.

I didn't like that some guests decide to smoke weed in their room and have the entire floor smelling like marijuana.

clean and tidy! spacious room and near to the highways. free parking and breakfast is a big factor for me to choose this hotel and it didn't disappoint

all fine except just one small incident: i was busy with my (crying) son while picking up the breakfast when one of the staff was tidying up the sugars. she started to ask me where I'm from and started to comment on my "rude manner" for not saying good morning to her and somehow saying that "my people" is like that (I'm foreign citizen that has been living in the US for sometimes). very disappointing, I was there for 20 seconds and still trying to calm my crying son and she made that comment instead of offering helps.

staff was very nice and professional, the Manager Mr. Ash very friendly and accommodating , I would definitely stay again..

Breakfast

after housekeeping lady came, left the room smelling a bit like cigarettes so we had to decline housekeeping for the rest of our stay.

Breakfast was actually pretty good.

Third floor is very hot. Second floor had no ice machine. Bathroom body wash dispenser was empty.

It was easily located and close to where we had to go. It was clean and staff were pleasant. The breakfast was sufficient and fulfilling.

The bed was a bit hard but tolerable. Sofa needs cleaning and all other chairs noted.

Clean , friendly staffs, excellent for family and basic breakfast ( toast eggs, cereal , waffles)

Nothing to say , everything was excellent with kids

Easy access and the free parking!

Bathroom abd coffee station was not fully stocked. Good thing I pack my own toiletries and personal towels especially when one arrives late and all stores are closed.

Room smelled extremely clean and looked extremely clean. No stained sheets, no stained pillow cases, clean tub/bathroom. Very nice, comfortable room.

The hair dryer wasn't the greatest but that wasn't all that surprising to me.

The property was nice and clean. Housekeeping service was awesome. Room was a pretty decent size.

The location was a bit sketchy. The breakfast was terrible. I also felt like the staff constantly was watching me.
