Customer service was amazing! Allowed us to check-in early with no hassle, and it was def a first for us to have perfect service upfront. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was nice and just right, and the walk to and from Prudential Center from the hotel is PERFECT. Convenient spot near transit is a bonus.

Questionably, open and/or fix the 3rd elevator? Maybe at some point in our next visit the indoor walkway that goes to Penn will be open, but we're more than patient enough to wait for it to one day be open as this hotel location is our prime one to book when we visit the NJ/NY and surrounding areas! Other than that, it really is nice to be at!

Location, since we arrived to the area by Amtrak train and utilized PATH trains to/from Manhattan each of the two days we spent in Manhattan. Friendly, engaged and helpful staff at front desk. And, our room was very comfortable; we had stayed at this hotel on a couple of previous occasions and returned because of our positive experiences then. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The only issue we experienced was that the bathroom sink was fairly quick to backup and increasingly slow to drain; which we didn't report to the front desk until the night before we left, because it had not gotten quite bad until then. In any case, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The property is extremely convenient for anyone needing to travel into Manhattan, Hoboken, or anywhere on the NJ Transit system. During normal business hours, there is a bridge connecting the hotel directly to NJ Penn Station, but even if that's not open, you can walk right outside the hotel entrance and cross the street (under an overhang, so no worries about rain or snow), and you will be in Penn Station. The hotel was also decorated nicely for the holidays when I was there in early December, and there is an on-site restaurant/bar that always looked inviting, but I didn't wind up eating there.

Not a lot of good food options right around the hotel (or at least not ones I felt too comfortable checking out after dark), and unfortunately the airport shuttle doesn't run early in the mornings, but that's about it.

Convenient location for connecting with the airport and PATH for visiting NYC The restaurant meals were very good, and the bar and service staff were excellent. The shuttle drivers were very good and helpful too.

We left the hotel for the weekend for a driving tour of the Hudson Valley, and checked back in on the Monday. It was frustrating that we could not leave our heavy bags in the storage lock up whilst we were away for a couple of days, but understand there may have been security issues at the hotel.

The evening Lady who checked us in, picked out a beautiful handicapped accommodation for us, without me asking for one ( I am in a wheel chair). I stopped back and specifically thanked her. A handyman stopped what he was doing to help my husband with the suitcase down a long hall. Someone also stopped what he was doing to show us where the handicapped elevator was. Everyone was SO accommodating and friendly.

Just a suggestion, although it's nice that they gave you free bottles of water and cookies, you might want to consider cookies without nuts, for safety sake.

Superb spacious room with all you need. Bed was very comfortable and large TV. I chose this hotel purely for the location as it's just across the road from Newark Penn Station and I needed to catch early morning trains

The area around the hotel did not look very pleasant and was quite noisy. It was fine for me as I was only using it overnight for access to the station but it would not be an area I would choose to stay in otherwise

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting New York, because we didn't want to drive into the city. The room was big and clean with very comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with great water pressure. I loved the security in the building with having to scan your hotel card at every access point. The access to Penn Station is so convenient, and we were able to take the PATH train to NYC. There is a restaurant in the lobby that had limited menu and the food wasn't the greatest.

There is paid parking and it is pricey. The nice thing is that you can come and go multiple times during the day and pay only one parking fee (the hotel will validate your parking). No microwave in the room which would be nice to have, but there is a microwave in the lobby that can be used.

Staff is welcoming and friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean and this is in a great location right next door to Penn Station. I was there for an NWSL game and it's a super convenient spot for that - just a 2-minute PATH train to Harrison and Bob's your uncle.

Parking garage not always reservable onsite.

The room was clean and smelled so fresh. The beds were extremely comfortable. We ran out of towels, called down to the front desk and had fresh towels in minutes. The staff was really nice and helpful. Location was perfect. We were in town for the Ateez concert at the Prudential Center which was a minutes walk from the hotel. There is an enclosed walkthrough in the building that puts you right at the venue! There is construction but heard nothing. Once the construction is finished it is going to be awesome! We would definately stay there again!

The food at the restaurant was way overpriced and just awful. My burger was dry and overcooked, the pesto was just cold and tasteless, the lemonade was 99% water with a little bit of lemon, no flavor at all and the bill was outrageous. $114 for a burger, a salad, fish tacos and chicken wings. Once the new construction is finished there will be more food options. I cant imagine this restaurant lasting...

I loved how it was close to the train station. I didn’t have to go outside. The staff was very lovely and made sure everyone was welcomed.

I just didn’t like how the elevator to get down to the lower level was around back. I don’t think I would be able to do that alone.
