Location and it was clean

They had no hot water and were willing to let us pay a $50 early check in fee and once we got there is when we only needed to check in early because we needed to be ready for a funeral by 2 then when we arrived because that was over the phone they told us $30 early check in and then she said she was sorry they couldn't let us check in because of the water I asked when it would be fixed she said in a week I asked about other guests and she said they were getting ready to notify them.

This hotel has modern and clean rooms and is located very conveniently for a stopover on the way to anywhere in Southern New Jersey, such as our start of a beach weekend. Also, a great plus is that it is within short walking distance to popular restaurants including an Applebee’s. We’ll gladly stay here again. And, it’s attractively priced.

No breakfast as ad mentioned. Close to highway to continue traveling

Alot of people hanging in parking lot all night long. Many were drunk and stoned. Not teens, but adults! Lingering and looking into cars .... I didn't want to jump to any conclusions, but I did not feel safe at all that evening

clean, easy to get to, comfortable bed, close to food and gas stations, and was good for the overnight stay we had the room itself was updated like maybe renovations had been happening but the bathroom was not done just the room part for some reason

the room seemed updated and new but the bathroom got neglected and needs repairs and updates as well as the hall way carpet the staff could have been less stand offish and had to ring a bell and wait for someone to come but this is just knit picking

Love the view from the southern side of the building and that we get the morning light and the evening sunset. Also likseeing the herd of deer and turkeys in the fields and woodlands.

Was not able to get hot water in the shower quickly.

Conveniently located, and a excellent value. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This franchise has insufficient staffing. The included breakfast that was advertised in booking.com was not available.

The staff was friendly, the location of the hotel was easy to find and our room was clean and very comfortable.

Advertising" breakfast included " should have been more than a mini granola bar, a small bag of cookies and a small bottle of water.

I didn't get in time for breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean the real perk was the microwave most hotels don't provide microwaves anymore

Large spacious room with large Shower stalls.

Everything was great, as before, stayed 19-20th Aug. 21 STILL waiting for our $100. Security deposit from last stay. Missing a face towel as before, Maybe they only supply (1) per room. And two of every other type towel. Not a deal breaker, I could of asked for a second fee towel , but it was late when we arrived.

I was very comfortable in my room.
